——— Feb 2022 No coke or soda products. Said they had the new bottles and switched them out but they aren't working on the soda machine. Very few drink choices. Egg mcmuffins were hard.
September 2021 They are out of coke today. They don't want to give napkin nor syrup nor butter. Hash brown with cold. My whole food is cold. I called and I ask for the manager the manager didn't want to give her name. She finally did then she acted like she couldn't understand me. I asked her if she knew they were out of coke for the Coke machine she said yes I asked her if she knew that her employees were serving cold food. She said no or not I said yes you are ma'am I just came through there and my food is completely cold. She tried telling me know or not and then ask what time I came through there I asked what difference is that matter if I come through there and order food and should be hot when I get it. They're fixing to get somebody sick from food poisoning because if they're not keeping the food at the right temperature before they cook it and they're not cooking the food at the right temperature they're going to get somebody sick. I asked for the person above the manager they wouldn't give me the name. They told me I need to call the number on the window. I'm fixing to call the corporate location and I'm fixing to call code and the health department.
Do not eat this location you will get sick.

Read moreI went to pick up my order and came straight home. I then realized I was missing almost my entire order. I turned around and went back to get my missing items. Typically, when a store makes a mistake, they will take the old food back and remake the entire order due to them being at fault so the customer can have fresh food from start to finish. I was told first that I would need to get a refund and that they would not give me the rest of the food. After I let them know this was not possible, they told me all they could do was replace the missing food but would not be able to remake the entire order due to it costing them money.. Did it not cost the customer money to come back to the store after the store messing up the order? Yes, it takes about 20 minutes to get to this location in which now all the items would be cold. I have been working in the fast food business for many years, and again, to remake the entire order is the least you can do for your customers when your staff makes a mistake.
