Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service
I recently visited 7 Brews and had a very disappointing experience. My family ordered four drinks: a Medium Blondie, a Medium Mango Smoothie, a Medium Mango Colada, and a Medium Chai Tea. When they received the drinks the first time, they were made incorrectly, and to make matters worse, my husband found a hair in one of the drinks, which required us to send them back.
When the drinks were remade, they were still incorrect. The Blondie was missing the cold foam and the extra shot of espresso, and the Mango Smoothie didnât look or taste as it usually does. Despite having visited this location multiple times, the quality was completely off this time.
After bringing the drinks home, one of the drinks was for someone that wasnât in the car at the time of ordering, realized the Blondie was still wrong, so I returned to the store and asked to speak with a manager. Cam, who identified himself as the manager, came to assist. I explained that I had just been there less than 30 minutes ago and requested a refund for my incorrect drink. Since the drink was purchased with cash, I expected a straightforward refund. However, Cam and another employee, Letiti (spelling may not be correct), struggled for over 10 minutes trying to âfindâ my order, despite me clearly showing them the incorrect drink.
Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, both employees were unapologetic, dismissive, and unprofessional. They made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them, even though I had already been inconvenienced by having to return not once but twice due to mistakes on their end. When I stood firm on my request for a refund, Letiti went as far as to threaten to call the cops on me, despite the fact that I remained calm, respectful, and simply asked for what I paid for.
After waiting 15 minutes with no resolution, I left and informed them that I would contact corporate. Letitiâs response? âYeah, you go ahead and do that and let them help you. Iâm done.â
This experience was completely unacceptableâfrom the repeated mistakes in my order to the shocking lack of customer service. Iâve been a loyal customer at this location, but after this, I wonât be returning unless serious...
   Read moreI rarely post reviews but I did want to shout out the younger guy this morning between 8:10-8:30 who was out taking orders. He was hustling away Iâm not sure what his name was. My only complaint is this poor kid had a an obviously bigger order from the car in front of me and then 2-3 more cars behind me in his lane. The lane to the right was being ran by a young girl brown long wavy hair and she was moving more efficiently with taking orders (maybe he was new) but with that being said the young guy was still dealing with the people in front of me as the girls lane sat empty. The poor guy was frazzled and definitely weeded and not once did this girl offer to help him, we made direct eye contact multiple times. When I approached the drive thru area still no car in her lane yet 3-4 now behind me. Instead of offering help or absolutely anything she has her phone on the table under the tv/menu screen casually playing on her phone while this poor kid ran around like a chicken with his head cut off. The people inside making the drinks were also hustling, it was obvious. This girl was lazy and clearly lacks any form of team work. Iâd like to know that boys name because I would absolutely hire him. I would have asked him on the spot if he hadnât been so busy. Coffee was still good, he was great, inside staff great. âNew favorite iced coffee spot in Clermont!â
We recently visited the new 7 Brew Coffee in Clermont, and it instantly became one of our favorite places for iced coffee â especially in this Florida heat!
Itâs a drive-thruâonly setup, and even though the line was long, the staff handled it like pros. They were outside taking orders with iPads, moving quickly and with the same energy youâd expect from Chick-fil-A â efficient, upbeat, and friendly.
I ordered the Cinnamon Bun iced coffee, and my wife tried a Cookies & Cream from their secret menu â both were absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. You can tell they take care in how the drinks are made.
đĄ Pro tip: Their menu has the basics up front, but thereâs also a secret menu floating around social media thatâs worth checking out.
Thereâs no app (yet), but they do have a rewards program â including a free drink on your birthday. Prices are reasonable, and the overall vibe is just fun. Even in the rain, the staff kept the energy high and the line moving.
Highly recommend stopping by if youâre in Clermont. Weâll definitely be back!
Update (Visited July 11): Tried the Crème BrĂťlĂŠe (small) and my wife had the Sâmores without cinnamonâboth off the secret menu and both incredible. Staff was having fun, the vibe was chill, and we love coming back. Still our go-to for fun...
