Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clermont

I am in the middle with this place . It’s a new Taco Bell 🔔 and already I am seeing problems. First of all the bathrooms 🚽 we’re not clean and they say they check every 30 minutes , well that is a Lie because was there 46 minutes and no one went in to check and clean the restroom . Next the staff barely said two words to me and can’t other customers . No hello 👋 and welcome, nothings , zero. The staff should say hello to there customers but i will say whenever they did talk to me, they’ve were nice 👍 and professional. The food was good . I got 3 tacos 🌮 and a soda 🥤 so I Am glad the food was good . Inside os very very very small. There is only maybe 3 to 4 tables but. they do have somewhere to eat outside of you prefer that option. They are hiring right now so if you need a job then get on It . If I was the manger I would i just change a few things but all in alone it was a decent dining in experience . The parking needs work because it is a tiny parking lot

Like I said I can’t recommend this place since I am in the middles . Take a chance and judge it for yourself

I’ve been to this taco bell for the last year or so and it has just been horrible service. I’ve always had to wait for my food for at least 20-30 minutes, at least when it comes to walk jns. This time, the workers were all in the back just relaxing and chilling, not that it bothers me, it was slow, but i put an order in like 15-20 minutes before i walked in and nobody started doing anything for it until I got a workers attention. They were nice, but it’s mostly just the lack of at least routinely checking the front or their mobile orders for 15-20 minutes, which is just not right. I work fast food, and I actually tried to apply for a job here, multiple times, and was rejected because they didn’t need anyone else, and maybe they’re right they had quantity, but not necessarily quality when it comes to who they’ve hired. Mistakes happen, and I don’t get frustrated first, I try to be understanding, but it’s a repeated cycle, which makes it hard to keep any type of composure and makes me not even want to come to this taco...

HORRIBLE SPEED. Went in, ordered on the kiosk, not terribly busy, maybe 5 people in the diner & little to no business in the drive thru. I didn't order anything complicated, just the basic stuff, all of $14 worth. MY WAIT TIME WAS OVER 30 MINUTES. Clearly everyone else in there was perturbed but no one will complain out of fear of the ol' spit in the food tales. I was there from 7:21pm until 7:53pm. Shame on me for waiting that long but every minute I thought it would be just another minute. I stood there watching 4 employees move like time was standing still. Never, EVER will I risk my time like that again. FAR from fast food. It's a brand new, clean restaurant, the food was just dandy as all Taco Bells should be but there's a chic fil a across the street and I'd have rather spent the extra $20 for a couple of...
