Our kids have been attending ICE Academy for 4 strong years. We were looking for an environment that promotes teamwork, physical and mental strength in addition to learning the discipline of the game. We were not looking for a golf play camp. This place had done it for us. They have built our kids confidence as it relates to the game and taken time out of their schedule to support them and show that they care. Our 13 yr old recently shot a 78 in a tournament 2 weeks ago, and our 9 year old who has being playing for less time shot a 33. This is our outcome. Yes!!! Hard work and following the coach’s curriculum has worked for us. We just celebrated one of their students get a college scholarship. The real deal!! 💯 recommend. I recently experienced a golf lesson with ICE Golf Academy. I wasn't the person getting the lesson but a group of my younger cousins and nephews were. Ages ranging from 3-12. I've never seen a person be able to grab the attention and focus of 7 young children at 1 time. He started with safety and the kids listened and retained the info. At those ages, that's priority #1. At the start of the lesson, the kids didn't know how to hold a golf club. At the end of the lesson, they were ALL hitting balls, straight, off a tee. The next day, the kids wanted to go back. I want to thank my Detroit friend Mr. Vincent Burbank for the awesome display of control, patience and encouragement. We highly recommend ICE Golf Academy. Coach Vince and his staff are exceptional in their instruction, professionalism, kindness, and above all--caring for each student individually. Our son needs accommodations and we appreciate how Coach Vince, Tanya, and Coach Chris take the time to fully hear and understand our son's needs, working with him in a way that is meaningful (and fun!) to him.
