I came to this place in an attempt to receive an immunity cocktail due to feeling sick. The lady who welcomed me was beyond rude, I told her I needed something to make me feel better and she immediately asked me if I was sick (you could tell I was By my voice and the mask I was wearing). She said “we can’t serve you, THIS IS NOT THE ER” I immediately said RUDE! and she followed me out and said “EXCUSE ME??I’m not rude, you are rude for coming here sick”. I guess, wearing a mask was Not good enough for her. She obviously made me angry by her tone of voice and already feeling sick probably I was just as nasty in return. But truthfully, I am a nurse myself, to tell me this is not the ER, rather than nicely tell me you can’t do it would have suffice”. I had been there before and this particular “nurse” is too consumed by her appearance that she gives little crap about clients. And btw I highly discourage anyone from going to the ER for just a plain IV if you are feeling a little under the weather, that is definitely not the place (which makes me question if she is even a real nurse for saying that). Instead, go to Prime IV Clermont, not only is the owner a highly trained ER nurse, but she will take care of you if you are sick, and will even provide a private room. BTW I apologize for getting on the level of that person, I am way better than that but I was not feeling my best (not a good excuse, I know). Anyways, Not cool IV...

So, I have been falling behind on my hydration for months and it worsened in the past three weeks…not enough to be a medical emergency, but enough to where I needed to correct my hydration status soon or face the consequences. I searched the internet and found the IV Lounge. This was my first time going to such an establishment and I didn’t know what to expect. The experience was so seamless and pleasant that I think I’m officially spoiled and can’t go anywhere else. Friendly staff…they made me feel welcome. They were knowledgeable and taught me a lot about their available services. The facility was clean and comfortable…I enjoyed the reclining chair and warm, fuzzy blanket. Fastest stick ever…still waiting to feel it. If you are trying to decide between the various practices like I was, let me say that choosing IV Lounge will go down as one of your best life decisions. Just go ahead and do yourself a favor and book with them. Life is short. Why risk...
