Only went there with my son to the pool. Liked it except for a few things that I feel need to be addressed. 1st thing is the pool could be cleaner. They should try to keep it more clean cause I saw alot of stuff floating in the water the last 2 times I went there. 2nd I'm really not happy about the lifeguards letting all these kids that come there jump in the pool even at the 3ft market and dont say or do anything. 3rd off is when I was helping my son practice his diving another lifeguard had to practically stand right where I was swimming and she said I'll just stand right here cause apparently she didn't think I could help my son out when he was coming back up for air trying to get his pool toy. I guess she thought I was going to just let him gasp for air. I really was upset but didn't say anything and just went on swimming with my son. 4th thing is that the price for coming to the pool everytime u go is ridiculous. I have to pay 6 dollars everytime I go which ( after the thing with the lifeguard I wont be back anyway) is ubserd especially when I do live in Clermont. It should be only 2 for everyone who lives in clermont since its supposed to be a "COMMUNITY POOL" that means it's for EVERYONE not just people who live in a certain area of Clermont. Unless things improve you'll never see a dime...

I personally have lived in this town since 1976 back in those days we had nothing. We are so thankful to have what we have today as Clermont is moving forward, not backwards. it was brought to my attention at least 2 to 3 months ago that the new people that were trying to get on the city Council as new members were trying to close down the arts and recreation. First of all, there’s lots of things that go on here the police on fire get their awards here. Lots of shows go on and it’s great for all. The one thing that I can honestly say is the pool needs to be advertised more. I just recently found out that there was actually a pool there and I had no idea. More people would use the Pool charge a fee so much a month to use it. The other thing I can honestly say there’s a lot of space outside for parking. Maybe some of that can be utilized for something else such as a great daycare for children. Skating rink. for kids, we need more things in Clermont for our younger kids to keep them off the streets and keep them out of trouble. I personally think this building needs to stay. It’s great for our community and for a...

I love the Clermont ARC. I’m a Special Olympics coach who has been an assistant basketball coach at this beautiful facility this past season, and it’s my designated polling location. From the first practice I attended, every staff member I came across was so welcoming and friendly, happy to have us there and knew our athletes and joked with them. When one of our athletes had a medical emergency that required Lake County EMS come assist, I was the coach that stayed all the way through. Even though a children’s musical was about to begin and a band was practicing in two separate areas, I never felt alone and always felt that I was supported and asked what I needed. I hope to be able to use the facility for sports that I am going to be the head coach of, as I love it that much and it’s in such a great location. I can’t...

I wish I had known about the pool before today! It was absolutely perfect. There's enough room to do laps while other people are swimming, playing and relaxing too. I was going to get a membership, but, unfortunately, the pool will be going to only weekends soon and closing October thru June. I would be here at least 3-4 days a week if it was open more. I also noticed that there is a community garden that looks beautiful! There are even hydroponic "plots" that you can reserve. The gardens around the community garden are beautiful too. The picnic tables are right in the middle, so it's a great spot for lunch or to sit and read. I will definitely be spending more time out here.

This place must be one of Clermont's best and at the same time least known features. This expansive property used to be a religious center. It has a massive primary entrance and main stage as well as a smaller venue called the "Black box theater". Many shows and events are hosted weekly with a great deal of diversity. There are also several smaller banquet rooms used for meetings, parties and Civic events. You can take art classes Zumba classes for example and senior citizen activities are -osted on a daily basis. I do wish that they advertised a bit because I feel like only a small portion of citizens even know this place exists.

I visited from out of town, and came here to scratch a pickleball itch. The community was great, everyone was friendly and welcoming! The tile like flooring was a little different than I'm used to, there were several dead spots, but overall it was a nice experience.
