Dutch bros is generally a good place, and I appreciate it when Iâm near by or when theyâre doing marketing and merch days hand the you buy drinks and get merch in return for doing so. But, I do have my complaints as of recently. The last few times Iâve went, the service has been iffy at this specific location, a few of the workers Iâve experienced are easily distracted and seem to kind of just be inattentive at times. The last multiple times Iâve went I thought I was just crazy and ordering the wrong things from what I wanted, but this past time I went I know I wasnât crazy anymore, I ordered two large drinks and a small drink and was given not only all my drinks in smalls but one was entirely wrong and missed, and initially I ordered large drinks to get the merch of the day, so they then had to go through the process of refunding me, and charging me again for only one of the large drinks which I never got the other large I ordered. Iâm assuming it was a mistake when the woman outside was taking my order. Another worker came out to tell her to come inside after my car, and the woman taking my order never confirmed what I ordered so I had no idea if she actually heard or put down what I asked for, itâs not a huge issue, but it does make me feel less inclined to come back when I feel like every time I go, nobody is attentive to what I ordered and I get the wrong things. I think anyone would expect to get what they payed for right? Their drinks are good, and itâs a fun place, but this specific location I think could use some work. Especially because going in initially to the drive in and through, the parking is hard and tight to turn in to especially because I own a large vehicle, and the turn to get out of the location is almost never possible to tight corner the first time even for smaller vehicles. I understand thatâs not a fixable issue, but I will say sometimes depending on the day you have to wait up to 20 minutes to order and get up to the window and receive your drinks. Itâs a generally fun and good place to go get a fun drink at, lots of cool flavors and styles of drinks, but if youâre looking for fast and good service and youâre in a time crunch I wouldnât recommend going. I love Dutch bros, but recently I havenât been satisfied with the service...
Read moreDutch Bros is giving if Ben & Jerryâs were to own a coffee shop. We have been eagerly waiting for this to hit the east coast. Couldnât have dreamed of having it expand to the east coast, let alone, our neck of the woods, early on. Dreams come true. First visit was in Portland, Oregon and they were just so genuine and welcoming. Our first coffee there was on the house, to welcome us visiting for the first time to the area and to Dutch Bros. The coffee was so smooth and delicious. We werenât expecting much but it was amazing. Instantly hooked. We went sometime twice a day during that vacation. Not a huge fan most of Starbucks drinks, prefer Dunkin or McD coffee, however this is my favorite place for speciality drinks. Hooked on the iced golden eagle, maybe Iâll venture to my Dunkin fav, coffee or cold brew, & see how Dutch Bros compares to it. Ordering options, at the moment: drive through or park and order at the outside window. Theyâre still training staff and the line may look long but it moves fast. Kids shared one order of a speciality soda and they loved it. Spouse loves their creamy vanilla protein latte, I was sus, of protein and coffee together, but it was creamy and delicious. Tip: if you download the app and create a rewards account your first medium drink is free. Experience it once, at no charge, and make your own...
Read moreI went with my family for their friends and family night. My dad and I got shakes -- a Wallaby and a Banana Bread -- and my sister got a Double Torture I think. Overall it was ok, but definitely not the best. The coffee my sister got was a kinda bitter, but she liked it more after she got used to it and added some chocolate sauce to it when she got home lol. Also, when we went it was a bit chaotic. Their lane system doesn't seem too great either. People were cutting others off/ cutting them in line at the merge and honestly it was making me kinda nervous for when we got to the merge spot. We got lucky and were able to get out relatively easy, but still something to watch out for if you go through. The staff seemed nice when you were putting your order in, but as soon as they walked away they seemed kinda stressed or mad or some kind of combination of the two. In other words they were very fake -- in-genuine. Overall, not too bad but also not my favorite. I might try it again at some point but I'm not sure. Doesn't seem very worth it...
