I placed an order through the Papa John’s app about 45 minutes ago. The app showed that my pizza had been delivered, but it went to the wrong door even though my address was correct.
When I called the store to explain, the person who answered was rude and dismissive. When I asked for a more respectful tone, he continued to interrupt and showed no effort to help. All I wanted was to reorder my pizza, but the conversation made it clear he didn’t want to assist.
My family and I have been loyal Papa John’s customers for years, and we’ve never experienced service like this. I hope the store will address this issue and ensure customers are treated...
Read moreLifetime Papa Johns fan here, so I was excited to see a store was going in closer to our house. Unfortunately, the quality of this store's pizza isn't up to par with the Papa Johns brand. My gripe is mostly to do with the crust, which 4 out the 5 times we've ordered here has been... flat? Too dense? Not sure exactly how it's off, but it's consistently disappointing.
The service is often wanting, as I've been in on more than one occasion and been approached/served without a single word said to me.
Until we know things have turned around, we'll be driving out of our way to go to other PJ stores. It's a shame delivery defaults from this...
Read moreI previously left a great review. This time has changed. The lack of eager teenager “or I thought so”, attitude whom expected me to use a QR code to see the menu is crazy. This is not on that young man, but simply PJ’s lack of a menu and expecting customers to do the work. I purposely didn’t bring my phone due to it being plugged into my car.
This is a simple way that corporations want to pay less for employees, ask the customer to do the work and compliment their ratings....
