When we first came to the area, we were bummed that all of the Chinese restaurants we tried in the Clermont area were not good. We had pretty well given up as it seemed Florida just did not have good Chinese food but decided to give China Taste a try. We are so glad we did! The Pu Pu platter, crab rangoons, and egg rolls are excellent. The orange and garlic chicken and the Singapore mei fun are very flavorful. All of the soups we have tried have been great - the Roast Pork Yat Gaw Mein is my favorite. The only point I can knock them on so far after a few visits is that the General Tso's is a little lacking in flavor and spiciness and in general the spicy dishes could have more heat, in my opinion. I will definitely be returning here and recommend it if you are looking for some great Chinese food...

We ordered at the counter and our food was ready in less than 10 minutes, all freshly cooked. My buddy got the Sweet & Sour Shrimp and said it's exactly the meal he was looking for. We also split an order of Crab Rangoons, again they were sweet and crispy, just right. I already want to go back for more, and it's definitely worth the drive over the other places in town. Thank you friends at...

I wish i could respond to some of these reviews.... e.g. Hot and Sour soup doesn't usually have meat... it has tofu. Also someone complained about the chicken chow mein not having noodles. It's not lo mein, there are no noodles. They call it that at Panda Express, not the majority of Chinese restaurants. Anyway they're great, everyone has their preferences though, so give them a shot and see...
