7 Cravings Soulfood Seafood Express

Very poor customer service. 1 star is being generous. Claim they never got my grub hub order. But when I showed them my email they said it mysteriously just popped up and would take 15 min to complete.I left out and came back 30 minutes later to get my order. They didn't want to give me any accommodations for not having my order ready and gave me my money back for the gator bites they did not have. I left and got home and discovered I have no collard greens with my order and there should have been 3 orders of greens. I returned to the restaurant and notified the owner of the situation outside of the restaurant and showed him pictures of my food. He said that he was personally going to handle the situation. As I walked into the restaurant I overheard the cashier telling the owner that he told me there were no greens. I spoke up and became very irrate at that point and a lady told me I need to leave because of the way I was talking to a minor. In all actuality I was not speaking to the minor I was speaking out loud. They stated that me having no greens was replaced with extra yams and Mac & cheese. That was a false statement. It was only replaced with extra yams and fries but that's besides the point. You can't choose what side to give me. They handed me more mac & cheese and fries and I left. When I got home and started eating there were a lot of bones I my fish and hair in my fries. The fries that replaced me not having greens smh. The food was surprisingly tasty but that was over shadowed by the terrible experience that me and my friends had.
