Arby's — Restaurant in Cleveland

Stop in for lunch with my work crew..5 guys. We ordered, gentleman that rang us up was great..then it went downhill QUICKLY..It was not busy..yet it took over 20 mins for us to start getting our food! Guys who got their food, things were wrong..I was the last to get my food..before I got my food I herd I still need that big roast beef sandwich.. we're out..they ran out of roast beef!? Really lol..but the best part I'm watching the people in the back after that..they then decide to carve off some roast beef and put it in the damn microwave!! When they hand me my sandwich I ask..you didn't just put that in the microwave did you..oh no. Even tho I just watched them! So I open my sandwich n as I expected..half is cooked half isn't..so told them to refund me..took 30 mins to get food my whole lunch! Totally unorganized n sloppy service.. manager should be fired! Can only imagine how it is when they are...

Lately this Arby's has gone way downhill got my food tonight one of my pops was pure soda no syrup, all my food was ice cold I literally have a 5-minute drive and I always put my heatseater on in the passenger seat to keep my food warm but it was ice cold and they decided to put my boneless chicken wings sideways so all the sauce just leaked out of the perfectly secure cardboard container.... I don't know what happened this location used to be really good and so disappointed but if I wasn't tired I would have went right back there and had a word with him but I'm tired and I shouldn't have to... I guess I'm going to have to find a different Arby's it's worth it to drive out of the way to get better service and food Also I tried to do the feedback survey and the store number doesn't even exist as an Arby's location that was odd so...

Had the most problems entering an order here of any fast food place I've been. Granted it was a large group order, so I expect some amount of error. But they got the size wrong of a loaded fry, entered a jalapeno poppers as part of a meal omitting a fry, and completely forgot a diet dr pepper. Had to add on the fry at the window. Attendant was helping other customers on their headset and was not responsive to our questions. Then had to drive back because they forgot the drink entirely, and then didn't ever say there was no diet so just gave us normal dr pepper without saying so. Communication is a two way street, but the employees were not very interested in getting our order right. At least food was clean and...
