Edit: I updated my settings, I have no clue why it updated my reviews as well but how nice to wake up to a reply a year later. I ordered correctly according to your online ordering system. My calls went unanswered so I went to the online ordering system for a refund. And yes, I know how a guest should be cared for. A year later and you're still dodging responsibility, unbelievable. For your own health and safety, do not eat here!!! I ordered two boba teas, mushu pork, teriyaki chicken, and nigiri shrimp, egg, and salmon roe. When I got home, the sushi wasn't on rice but on a bed of seaweed salad that leaked everywhere in my car. The tamago egg was still frozen, and crumbly. The shrimp were tough. And the salmon roe came on squishy cucumber cups and was cloudy, sticky, and spoiled. I called in about the sushi and they offered a replacement. I was already frustrated bc I had an hour and a half to do my son's homework with him, feed him, clean him, and make sure he got quality time with me and instead I wasted 45 min of that going back for new sushi. They gave me half of what I ordered and insisted that's how it was when it came with rice. The tamago was somehow now leathery and cracked, and the rest was just as bad as the first time. But it gets worse!! I should have checked our other food before leaving the house. The mushu pork had almost no pork, just a bunch of sauteed cabbage, and the pancakes were hard and leathery tortillas. The boba tea was watery and tasted like nothing. The teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce, and was dry as a bone, like it had been deep fried, sat an hour in the basket, and then fried again. We paid about $45 for a meal we didn't get to even eat. I requested a refund and was told the manger would call me. I sought a refund through chow now, where I online ordered, and they refused it twice. After two days of dodging me, I finally got them on the phone and they tried to tell me that I couldn't get a refund bc it had been two days, even though they were the ones dragging it out and dodging me! Finally I get a notification that they refunded me. I was ready to let this rest, maybe they'd decided to do the right thing. Nope, they refunded me $13 of $45, which is down right insulting. If this is how they treat one customer, what are they willing to do to others?

First time customer. Ordered shrimp lo main, seafood fried rice, avocado and cucumber sushi roll and 3 Thai teas. Got a call soon after ordering to let me know they had enough for 1 tea which is no big deal, I opted for a 2 liter of soda to replace the 2 bubble teas. The lo mein was interesting…the sauce was sweet which was unusual. I wouldn’t say it tasted bad but not sure I’d order again. The shrimp were good sized and firm. Tasted very fresh. Also really liked the addition of the red bell pepper! The fried rice I ordered without onion and lettuce as that was an option. Not sure if those missing ingredients led to it being very dry but the rice itself wasn’t very soft. Almost as if it was made early in the day and had dried out. The flavor wasn’t pleasant and 3/4 was thrown away. My daughter said the sushi wasn’t good but ate the whole roll. I cannot say much more about that as I didn’t taste it. The single bubble tea I got was tasty but the boba was undercooked in the middle. It’s only been 24 hours since I ordered so I don’t expect a refund for the difference on the tea/soda that fast but the teas cost around $5 each so hopefully they will take care of that as it would be the right thing to do. I will update if it gets refunded. Unsure if I would order again but the 4.1 rating and the fact they sell bubble tea were the top reasons why I chose to order from here.

From the outside this does not look like a place that you want to eat raw fish from BUT the sushi is excellent! We got several rolls and they were all delicious and not a fishy one in the bunch. The standard rolls (non speciality) were six pieces but the speciality roll were huge (see pictures). However the one roll that I was offended by (as a sushi purist) is the chicken temura roll. I know that this is many peoples favorite but it is a chicken fingers wrapped in rice. Which is great for the little kids but chicken is not sushi. Lots of food, reasonable price, nice atmosphere. Would definitely go again. Also we got Kung Pao which was really good.

I am editing this previous one star review due to actions taken by ownership and the server in question below. I decided today that I would give it one more shot, as I’ve truly missed the food. Luckily, ownership was on premises as was the server. Needless to say, the way this issue was handled by ownership was more than acceptable. I believe the server was genuinely remorseful and ownership did not try to candy coat his behavior. Class act! I am once again a very happy customer! Food was delicious, service was awesome and the water was quite tasty too! Thank you, thank you and thank you again!

It breaks my heart to write this poor review. We have frequented this restaurant at least 3-4 times a month for the past year and always order the same thing. Usually, everything goes well. However, my last visit left a very poor taste in my mouth! It was so bad, I left without ordering. Ironically, it had nothing to do with the food. It was the STAFF! Our server was rude and less than accommodating. I asked for a simple beverage and was told first....we don’t have that. Then I was told I’ll have to ask someone. Then upon delivery of some shriveled up cucumber and lemon on a side plate, which I advised that this was usually served in the water and not on a side plate. I was informed by the server and I quote, “Well, that’s the way I serve it”. My response, “Oh I see, to hell with what the customer wants, it’s about what you want!” He looked at me, walked away and after a good 20 minutes, we got up and left! Never have I received such childish service, nor will I ever again at this establishment. Sorry owners, but enough is enough! I know you know who is writing this, since we are regulars and losing a loyal customer over some cucumber and lemon is ridiculous on your part. Please re-evaluate your staff and maybe, just maybe you can regain the many customers you’ve lost due to...

Ordinary from the outside, where it is tucked in a short strip next to a fast food restaurant and a check cashing place, this intimate restaurant is beautifully zen and very relaxing on the inside. I've eaten here several times, two days ago being the latest, and I've enjoyed every bite . . . and I'm a bit on the critical side. Granted, there is little left to the imagination anywhere when it comes to the standard American Chinese fare -- but the difference is in preparation, seasoning and service, and this place appears to work very hard to get it all right. It has evolved from a nice Chinese restaurant into a true Asian one, including Thai and Japanese dishes. No restaurant gets everything right 100% of the time. On the one occasion when my dish was too spicy, the waitress worked quickly to resolve the issue, amidst copious apologies, and replaced my meal. The difference is in how the inevitable problems get resolved. As for the food, I'm a very big fan of the Chicken Pineapple and the Lemon Chicken, but I stray to their Mongolian Beef or the Curried Vegetables when I'm in the mood for more spice. And the Crab Rangoon are the best I've had anywhere -- and I've traveled a lot. I'm not a big sushi fan, but I love both their asparagus and the cucumber and avocado. The prices are very reasonable here, too. I've never suggested this place to anyone who...
