I come in here all the time. But today this young lady forgot to hand me my drink so I reminded her that I got a drink with my combo. And said thank you when she handed it to me. But then I was waiting on the straw. And she said you don't have to have an attitude. Assuming I had one. When I was just waiting on everything that I ordered. It is not my problem that she "Assumed" something that was not there. But after she assumed then yes I will give an attitude back.Also as I drove off I seen her pointing at me from the drive thru window.So I call and speak to a manager which I got a girl that said SHE was the manager.Then I get home to notice that the girl through the drive-thru did not give me a receipt.I guess so I wouldn't know the name of the girl that rang me up.So I call them back about my receipt and this time a gentleman answers the phone and says HE is the manager.And that he would have a talk that employee.If your employees are that rude don't worry about me coming back and I will make sure to let other people to be aware.Btw some adults with Autism do not smile alot if at all and people "ASSUME" they are giving them an attitude.Stop "Assuming" someone is upset with you and keep your mouth shut and...

This has always been our favorite breakfast stop mainly because of the nice, polite employees in the mornings and historically the food was better at this location. Unfortunately someone needs to read this and implement some changes. The last 3 times I have gone there for breakfast around 7:45am.. I got down the road and opened my biscuit to find not only was it not hot, but barely lukewarm. Which caused me to have to drive back home to microwave it. It seems like the biscuits are being made up and sitting on a shelf for hours to the point they don’t taste fresh and right on the verge of being cold. Come on guys, no one likes to go through a drive through and open their meal to find this time and time again. This is an easy fix. You have nice polite employees, that’s half the battle. Read moreThis place is terrible. When we go fishing we would rather have bojangles than greasy Hardee’s. The past 2 if not 3 times we have tried to eat here (between 6-630am ON A SAT) the lobby is locked. One time a worker came to the door and said they didn’t have enough workers to open the lobby. Today I walked to the drive through window and asked if the lobby was not gonna be opened today. The toothless very hateful older lady interrupted me and said “not enough workers to open the lobby” and turned around and ignored me….. as if they were slammed. There was literally NO ONE in the drive thru line….. parking lot empty…. No one waiting in drive thru line. This place is a joke. We are not gonna pull our boat through the drive thru and try to eat on the way. So congrats bojangles…. U lot customers. I hope this location gets shutdown.
