(Update) honestly if it's late and your hungry try out Krystals they've been doing much better with their atmosphere and food quality. 😎 Please don't go to this location at night if your a positive person. The night shift are very disrespectful. If your order isn't fast and perfect all you hear is complaining in the background at your expense. The food already isn't great, it's not always hot and if your tired and just got off work it would be nice to order from someone who actually wants to be there. I won't lie I went through the drive through and I ordered something extra at the window. I could hear the prep say "seriously!" And then a bunch of mumbling. Man it's 2AM you have no traffic why are you mad? His Manager was the one taking my order and she had not a care in the world. I got annoyed and yes I started cursing so she proceeds to unprofessionally curse me right back (screaming) out of her window. If I knew who to talk to about this I would but if I can help it no one I know is going back there... Unbelievable... And by the way lady I asked for fire sauce and you gave me mild sauce. Where do I start??? Went here for lunch, upon walking in the door I noticed the male cashier propped up on his phone so I decided to use the kiosk.After doing so I was given my cup as I went to the drink station I noticed the dinner room was a mess,chairs all out of order,,dirty tables, chairs and the drink station was nasty So I grabbed some napkins and wiped the drink station down just so I could use it..A few moments later my older was called out,,I informed the manager my order wasn't right per the receipt so she said well the kiosk doesn't tell us if you add any extra ingredients 🤔🤔 so she gave me cups of what was missing..I proceeded to a table, wiped it off and ate my lunch but while I was eating (45 mins) the male cashier stayed on his phone(even bent over so no one could see him) meanwhile the lobby is still nasty(I almost asked for a cleaning bucket and towel)...As I was finishing up,the male cashier decided to grab a bucket and go sit at a table and clean it(all while still on the phone)...... P.S. I have been a manager at just about every restaurant and I would NEVER have allowed this NOR would the companies I worked for,,,The management needs to get a handle on this... P.S.S the lobby was not busy at all HE HAD TIME TO...

The manager is very rude at night! The skinny older lady always has a bad attitude everytime I come! Me and my wife or friend always ignore it but tonight was just the icing on the cake for me. We spent 62 dollars and the whole meal was messed up.....I called and instead of offering to remake it. Says I would have to come back another time and wanted to take my name down...like what......then we realized the whole order was wrong...called back and heard a cook yell that we were abunch of liars....so my lying butt took the darn food back up their to prove what a liar I was. They were not happy to remake it. We get home and it was just a sloppy mess. None of us ate the food cause it looked like someone was just throwing globes of whatever on their cause they were mad....very pissed about the whole experience....she told me that WE need to check the order everytime we get food their before we drive off to make sure THEY DO THEIR JOBS CORRECT!...LIKE WHAT????? u want me to check 62 dollars worth of food right their at the window??
