I came in today with my six-year-old son and enjoyed a very good meal. Although The long blonde haired waitress was extremely rude. I’d asked for a coke to go while I went to the bathroom with my child. I came out and she had just set a cup down on my table, but nothing in it the cup. Knowing that my cup that I had had with my meal was completely empty. I just left the Togo cup there and when I walked up to the counter to pay, she got an attitude and asked me if there was something wrong. I said yeah it’s kinda hard to take a coke home when I have none to put in it. She cut me off and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. She was very rude standing there while I paid acting as tho my business was a waste of her time. I was completely nice to her during the service. I even gave her a tip, even though she didn’t come and check on us at all the whole time we were there. Other than to bring us our food we were the only customers there and she was in the back chatting wit the cook. I also cleaned and straightened up the table and stacked our dishes, trying to make her job a little bit easier for her. We didn’t order a lot and weren’t in any way difficult for her. As I was leaving, she told me and my child not to come back. Which was completely uncalled for I had not gotten smart with her. Nor had I been rude to her in anyway, other than telling her that she was being rude because of the way...
Read moreMe and my family have been coming here for over a year and had no issues at all until today. I don't know if there's new management or what but it was god awful. I got the promo hot chicken coleslaw sandwich and for some reason they put the coleslaw in the bottom which turned the bottom bun to mush. The chicken was hard as a rock and dry as death and cut into 4 tiny pieces and had none of the special hot honey sauce that it said it comes with. The waitress was rushing us because she gave us our check when my wife was still eating and my son was too. So we paid and we're getting ready to leave. Then my wife pulled a hair out of her stuffed hashbrowns and almost threw up at the table. Never once did we get an apology. Never once did we feel like our complaints were addressed. Instead we were told there was nothing they could do and the waitress gave us a big attitude when we weren't happy with that result. Avoid this place until a new manager is hired. This makes me very angry because we love Huddle House and this is the first time we've ever had an issue. The situation was handled very poorly by the staff and management. They acted like we were trying to get free food. We would've gladly paid for my son's food of which we had no problem with and our drinks but wanted mine and my wife's food removed. The management should be...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The place was spotless... cleanliness was clearly a priority, and it looked like a brand-new establishment. We were greeted right away and seated quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive from the start, and although our server was in training, she had great support and handled everything with care and professionalism.
Our order was taken quickly, and the service throughout was excellent. The music was just a bit loud, but honestly, I appreciated the playlist and it actually helped create a sense of privacy at our table by drowning out other conversations. It made for a more comfortable, personal experience.
Our coffee was kept full without having to ask, and the staff was consistently attentive without being overbearing. When one of our meals came out slightly incorrect, it was immediately addressed and fixed without hesitation.
We even got to meet the manager on duty, who was kind, welcoming, and made sure we were satisfied with everything. That kind of leadership shows, and it definitely contributed to the positive atmosphere.
This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. Great food, great service, and a welcoming environment. I think they’ve just earned a new regular. Thanks to the team for making breakfast such a...
