Sunday August, 17, 2025 Me and my Fiance ordered our food on the app at 10:45am so we could use our points. Then we walked directly into Burger King and one of the managers named Hannah walked up and said it would be 15 to 20 mins because the broiler wasn't turned on yet. We said ok and got our drink and sat down. She acted like she was having to go out of her way to cook our burgers and we could tell she was a bit annoyed at us but we had already ordered online so we decided to wait it out. While waiting, about 3 or 4 walk in customers were turned away and they left. While we waited we noticed a leak bucket sitting on top of one of the tables. A tall guy in plain clothes went behind the counter and into the back, we don't know if he was an employee or not. He then came out with Hannah, they left together then came back with a bag of take out food and proceeded to smoke on the sidewalk just outside the front door while were still inside waiting on our food. After 30 minutes of waiting we checked on our order they said it was "cooking" but couldn't tell us how much longer it would be. After checking on it 2 more times with the same "its cooking" answer we had then been waiting almost an hour when we finally decided to ask for our money back because we were going to be late to our next stop. See my attached pictures of the dirty drink area, the bucket on the table, and nasty soiled ceiling tiles over the dinning tables. And one of the front doors was standing open and stuck where it wouldn't close all the way so we got up and closed it. Burger King needs to address a few issues. All these people out on the sidewalk smoking then coming in and not washing their hands and touching our food. Nobody wants to smell smoke right before or while they eat. After waiting for almost an hour we noticed the assistant manager Amy came in as we were coming to the front to ask for a refund and she was the only one that tried to help us and seemed concerned about why it took 53 minutes. She questioned the employees as to why it took so long to cook our food. They said they were having to cook it on the bacon cooker and it was taking longer but Amy said it still should not have not took longer than 20 mins. But even Amy could not get us a refund we had to go through the app to email customer support and are still waiting on the refund. I will say, at least Amy was concerned and was trying to help us with our problem. Read moreOrdered 2 chicken fries and 3 orders of a 8 count cheesy tots and instead received 3 things of chicken nuggets. It wasnt a complicated order and they weren't busy kind of ridiculous that my order was incorrect. I could kind of understand if they didn't have the items requested then the least they could do is to inform me of that and let me decide if i want to continue the order substitute it or cancel instead of just throwing random food into my bag and not tell me. Kind of bummed because those tots are awesome and to be honest the chicken they did give me was old and not fresh so i wouldn't recommend this particular BK and dont plan to go back anytime soon. UPDATE: Contacted support to see about getting this resolved only to be offered a coupon for way less than the value of my order when I told them no I'd like a refund refused and said that they won't refund the order so buyer beware and definitely don't use the app since BK can't resolve this I contacted my bank and will be doing a chargeback and have deleted my account for the app will NOT be eating...

Ordered 2 kids meals one with a pain cheese burger and one with chicken nuggets. First time cheese burger was not plain and then with no cheese when asked about cheese they said they were out YET STILL CHARGER PEOPLE FOR IT????????????? Yet was not telling anyone(others in store had same problem) Every grocery store in town has cheese, GO BUY SOME DUHHHHH. Second problem order 2 small fries nether of those were given two us.
