Should have looked at the reviews first. It had been a year or so since I had went back because of pervious bad experiences. First off can't stand the AI it doesn't understand you at all. Had a hard time getting it to understand what i wanted. ordered a chicken sandwich meal then it ask me would I like to add a peach cobbler for a $1.99 yeah sure. Added some bo berry biscuits. Seems like it took 5 mins to finally get my order placed then pulled up to the window jus for the guy who was really nice ro tell me they are out of bo berry biscuits for the day which means either yall don't make them fresh like the biscuits are advertised or they just didn't want to make anymore had to wait 5 minutes for my food then pull away and realize I don't have the peach cobbler so I turn back around go back turns out the AI didn't add it to the order after it was the one that ask me if I wanted it so I reorder the peach cobbler just to be told they are out of that for the day also once I get to the window but that they had strawberry cobbler. Got home fries are ice cold my chicken supremes are all stuck together and they are raw. At least the sweet tea was good. Will not be returning here ever again between the stupid AI and they always out of something its bad enough they are always out of something and you have to pick something else just for it to be raw. Got to be the worst bojangles ever. Just needs to close down. Try spending less time talking crap on the message board outside about chick fil a and start getting yalls...
Read moreI spent five days on a road trip with sick kids, and Bojangles was the worst thing that happened to me.
After bad luck saw us never visiting a proper chicken and biscuits place on our tour of the South, I convinced my family we should try Bojangles. We don't have them in Ohio, I'd heard of them online, and I'd seen them everywhere -- they must be decent, right?
After a literally 45-minute wait at a fast food place (for a line that was only 3 cars long) we discovered that:
We took most of an hour out of our trip to buy lunch that we almost immediately threw away, then had to sit in line at another fast food place (which was also slow -- Cleveland, Georgia may actually be worse than Cleveland, Ohio) to actually feed my family. I've never thrown away that much food before, but it was practically inedible.
How the heck does this business still exist?
On the plus side, the guy working the window was at least polite, and apologetic...
Read moreI'm not huge into making bad reviews and to be honest it takes a lot to piss me off .. but today, this did it. So in case you don't know you place your order to and A1 person. I'm ordering and order 2 biscuits, then go to order a gravy bis and I get a real person come on and say I'm sorry we don't have any more gravy, okay cool. So I finish my order to him. I finally get to the window (25 mins total in line) to only be handed the 2nd half of my order to the real person. I said I had 2 other biscuits as well. The girl says well I'm sorry I can do add ons at the window.. I said it isn't an add on, I ordered it to your computer back there. She rolls her eyes and said what else was it supposed to be. I told her, she closes the window and looks at her computer. She opens it with attitude and says what did you say it was supposed to be? I told her again and she rolled her eyes again and looks at her computer. I said you know what? Just keep the food I don't want it anymore. And left. I will not be going back to Cleveland Bojangles. I have never been met with rudeness like this. I'm a very nice person and give people the benefit of the doubt but absolutely not how I should be treated. I'll drive to Cornelia before I deal...
