I have never witnessed such ridiculous and appalling customer service in my life. Of all places, the “standard,” of customer service restaurant, was certainly not that. I am 31 weeks pregnant, holding a screaming one year old, nobody offered to assist or help. I walk up to a team leader (not even wearing his name tag), and asked where a high chair was….HE POINTED TO THE BACK OF THE ROOM AND SAID…”THEY ARE BACK THERE.” WHAT?! Coming from a CFA family, and our local one providing top notch service to moms, and certainly expecting moms, I had to pick my jaw up off the floor after his response. So I walked back there managed to lift the high chair from the very top stacked up while holding my baby and being extremely pregnant, while he obviously could tell I was upset, and said “oh do you need help?” This operator needs to do a thorough improvement of employees and certainly team leads. Our local store you don’t even get inside and they have walked you to a table, wiped down a high chair seat, taken your order by iPad at the table, and bring it to you. This is by far and by large the worst experience in a CFA we have ever had. It’s common knowledge to help those who need help, but certainly when it’s a standard of practice at CFA. Read moreI’ve been a steady costumer for two years, no more! I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a number one with a large sweet tea- very simple order. When I got to the payment guy outside he charged me$9.62, which matched what I was to pay at the speakers. When I got to the window they asked me to pay AGAIN, then they called me by a different name. The girl then said I had an order for a greek yogurt- nothing else. I looked at the receipt and I was charged for the yogurt, around $4.78. Another lady came up, refunded that, found my correct order on the screen. I have her my card, she took it and she walked away. Then the original girl came up and wanted to charge me for two chicken burritos, hash browns, and a large unsweetened tea, after I had JUST told her what my order was. I had them return my debit card immediately and left. I called the manager and she told me I was charged nothing, and that she would look in to the incident. Read moreI googled restaurants in Cleveland and my ex favorite place for us to eat came up. Chic-Fil-A. I am a five times a week customer with myself and my family. When I called to place an order for my family, I was told that it would have to be over $100.00, to make a delivery. 1. I spend WAY more than that per week for my family and my employees. 2. They deliver only when they want to, even it states it on Google, which is FALSE. 3. I will not be a five times a week customer (sometimes more) anymore. Truett Cathey should know a good customer when he just lost one. I truly hate it because, I love to the food, although a bit overpriced, I was still willing to pay for the service that I was just denied today. Everyone knows that it is over priced, but oh well. All good things must come to an end. My end has just came. Of course I will not bankrupt them, but I ask everyone to do the same thing. Google Restaurants that deliver in Cleveland Georgia, and it states nothing about you have to buy the store for us to deliver it to you.
