Chillie's Beverage & Deli — Restaurant in Cleveland

I have been a customer of Chillies, E. 116th street, since moving back to my childhood home after my Mom passed last year. I was 10yrs old when she bought this house. During this 1-1/2 years, I thought that this establishment was reputable because the manager and workers were courteous to me and always willing, at least, to answer product availability questions. However, today I was rudely and without respect hung up on when calling about an item I have bought quite a lot of, as it is not always there. I was rudely told that because there was a customer in front of this worker that my question, which she couldn't answer, wasn't important enough to ask someone who knows. I felt like she was disrespectful, rude, and without customer service etiquette. I told her that I AM A CUSTOMER that she should be helping as if I were there, too. Otherwise, why answer the phone? Well, I felt like my money wasn't regarded as important as the customer standing in the convenience store. Therefore, I will call and go other places with my money as long as I can drive. Chillies Beverage & Deli is a great spot to go to four on the spot deli food, hot and prepared right there in front of you , corned beef and Gyros out of this world Vienna's corned beef is the best. Ordered food, they inadvertently gave it to someone else without checking the receipt, then they re-ordered my order on a new ticket.
