A Disappointing Culinary Experience Marred by Appalling Service and Unacceptable Conditions My recent visit to [Popeyes Louisna - On Buckeye] was, regrettably, a profoundly disheartening experience, one that compels me to voice significant concerns regarding both the operational standards and the overall dining environment. While the culinary offerings, once received, demonstrated a commendable quality, they were overshadowed by a litany of issues that rendered the visit largely intolerable. The most glaring deficiency was the service. An employee at the cashier exhibited an astonishing lack of professionalism, resorting to yelling at patrons, creating an atmosphere of palpable discomfort and disarray. This aggressive demeanor is entirely unacceptable in any customer-facing role and directly detracts from what should be a pleasant dining experience. Furthermore, the wait times were nothing short of egregious. To endure a three-hour delay for a single meal and a beverage is an affront to reasonable expectations and speaks to a severe breakdown in operational efficiency. Such prolonged waits are not only inconvenient but also indicative of systemic issues that demand immediate attention. Beyond the service and wait times, the establishment presented an alarming lack of hygiene. The presence of rats and bugs throughout the premises is a grave concern, raising serious questions about sanitation practices and posing a significant public health risk. This unsanitary environment created a deeply unsettling and even frightening atmosphere, compelling me to remain solely to collect my order despite my apprehension. While the food itself ultimately proved satisfying, it is impossible to overlook the profound shortcomings in service and the unacceptable unsanitary conditions. A truly professional dining establishment must prioritize not only the quality of its cuisine but also the comfort, safety, and respect of its patrons. Regrettably, this establishment failed on nearly every one of these...
Read moreI had a 107$ order for an employee appreciation lunch I threw for a friend of mine who runs a business close to this restaurants location. Ordered the evening prior, online. Showed up 15 minutes before projected pickup window. As I pulled in I received a text informing me the order was ready. I ended up still having to wait nearly 25 mins for the order to be completed and packaged. Which honestly wasn't a big deal,, but after going inside to use the restroom while I waited I noticed how dirty and gross the dinning room and especially the kitchen was. I understand it's an underseved neighborhood, and it's hard to find decent employees these days, especially for fast food, and especially communities like that one, but there is no excuse for how disgusting the inside of that place was. Customer service was aight, but tbh after it's all said and done, I would never go to that place again. Oddly enough, it's the best rated Popeyes in the city, but that's not really saying much for Cleveland. Normally I'd steer clear of fast food, but when I do occasionally visit one I'd prefer it to have up-to-date facilities, that are not only well maintained(clean), and staffed with people who have positive perspectives and do their jobs they're being paid for to the best of there abilites. It is what it is, should've known better, but I figured give people a chance and this time I was left with egg on my...
Read moreIf I could give “-9” as a score I would. Food was disgusting, cold and old. The workers were nasty. They had no dipping sauces except for sweet heat. I didn’t get any biscuits with my combo meal. The workers got annoyed every time I asked them a question and said in front of the pickup window that we were getting on her nerves. I forgot how to spell the name but it started with a “Cei” or something close to that of one of the nasty workers on 7/26/25 around 6:30pm. Then had the nerve to have a nasty cigarette in her hand while she had an attitude. Nothing probably will be done about this trash experience but if I were the franchisee on this Popeyes, I’d fire her.
Furthermore, all they’re going to do is provide a copy and paste “apology” for this terrible establishment just for appearances purposes which is laughable. Many of the most recent reviews have been “1” stars ⭐️ that all say the same thing about their experiences. That clearly indicates that NOTHING is tangibly being done to correct this issue. Nobody wants to work so you take it out on people who have nothing to do with your misery. Easy fix, quit. Shut it down. Let another business who cares for the community take over because this location is probably the worst and should shut down. Shame on you all. You should be...
