Walked into store and guy with dreads was behind the counter sleeping. Furthermore after finally waking him up and explaining the service I needed which was a simple screen replacement he took my phone and told me come back in 30 minutes. I come back in 30 minutes later and was told to wait another 30 minutes which then turned into almost 2 hours. After waiting way longer than i should’ve I Was told they needed to keep my phone over night for a “screen replacement”. Mind you my phone still turned on and operated as normal it was slight damage in the corner of the phone I intended to get fix due to inconvenience but phone still operated as normal. Next morning I go to pick up the phone and there’s no new screen on it or any work done at all just my same old screen without any screws in it. The guy told me they wasn’t able to get any new replacements screens in AFTER the fact they’ve had my phone there overnight. Then I was told I can take the phone home until they received a screen or I can leave it there for another unknown amount of hours. so I asked them to put my phone back together and I’ll just take it. The worker told me he couldn’t put my screen back on at the time and gave me my phone back completely broken and unsealed. Worse than how I brung it to them in the first place. They’ve broken my screen more than what it was prior to them working on it to the point it didn’t display or show anything at all. Not only that but i took it into another phone store and was told they’ve (Tone wireless) had broken certain chips on my phones Mother board which prevented it from getting fixed or turning on at all. I explained the Problem to both tone wireless west and east location and the problem went unresolved. they tried making me pay full price for a used broken phone and told me it’s nothing they can do about it because those are the risks of replacing a phone screen. At the end of it all I had to buy a new phone and pay to get services switched over all because of these guys. Be very mindful when using these guys services you might end up without a whole phone afterwards. They hire anybody off the streets and then let them work on your phone...

Gone here to fix my iPhone(iphones) numerous times , always satisfied, fast service, also quality screens not the too bright LED and laggy screens. The one guy replaced my screen 3 times and I’m not sure what happened but the port on the motherboard for the screen to connect got stripped and they provided me with another new iPhone free of charge.
