Don Gi's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Cleveland

how can people say this is over priced? you rather eat a 5 dollar cardboard pizza or have REAL pizza?? This place was a huge disappointment. I hate when I try to support a local business and I get let down. Spent over $60 thinking I was going to be getting some top notch quality pizza but nope. Ordered a large barbeque chicken and a large all meat. Both were incredibly small for a large. If that is your large I can't even understand how you create a small? I would have accepted that size if the pizza was great but no! I swear you all used open pit on that pizza which is gross and cheap! Barely chicken and absolutely no pineapple. All meat tasted just like a digorno or something and barely had any sauce! I literally could not taste the sauce at all. You all will not make it far serving your neighborhood like this. Orders Chicken Philly Sandwich and Philly Stromboli, both the descriptions say mushrooms and onions. Get the sandwich and stromboli home to find only meat on there. Called to ask what happened and was informed you have to ask for the mushrooms and onions. So really, what is the point of having a description of the item if you have to the specify every ingredient on it. They blame the 'sliced' app for not being clear but the only reason we used the app is they charge a $3 surcharge for phone orders. No offers of replacement and generally a bad attitude. First and last time we go to Don Gi's Pizzeria.

PS next time I go to McDonalds, I will be sure to remind them to put onions, pickles lettuce and special sauce on my Big Mac, otherwise I'll just get two...
