Disappointed lately. I've been going to this location daily for almost three years, because it used to be the best one. This year though, its a 50/50 chance you're going to get a good drink. When its good its good, when its bad its BAD. Whoever brewed the iced coffee for the morning of 6/20 & 21st.. excellent. They should be training everyone. Whoever brews at night, and whoever brewed today (6/22 2pmish), just terrible. Horribly dark, strong, bitter coffee. I've gotten this gross strong coffee way too many times in the last few months. I could overlook it if it could be fixed, but whenever i ask for it to be remade, its the same gross dark bitter coffee. Another recent review said it tastes like it was spiked with nyquil- ACCURATE. All they can do is offer a different drink, and that doesn't work for me, i just want good iced coffee. Last time i asked tqhem to remake it and add water to dilute it and it was better, but not great. Another problem I've had multiple times is it being INSANELY sweet, like I'm sipping on a cup of straight syrup. I give up. It can't be fixed on site and going home and dumping half out to replace it with milk is also not great. I keep going hoping it'll get better, it's just not worth the gamble anymore. I don't think I'll be back here any time soon. Very sad about it, because i do love the employees here (i dont have the same attitude problems other reviewers seem to have?). Read more12:30 PM Monday August 7, 2023. The worst workers I've ever experienced at this location, press they get the order wrong. She doesn't even want to try to help me and fix it, giving me an attitude and cussing me out so trashy. This is not how you treat customer service, especially if a person was not disrespecting you at all and they were asking you to get their order, right, everyone was given an attitude they got no patience. They don't need to be working there just the way you want to be served and talk to you with respect you should respect people as well. Customers are walking with your money to get some food prepared right for them. I don't need my order to be messed up and I'm top of all that cussed me out. I will not be going to that location and I will be telling all my friends and family and spreading the word that this is the worst location now one time did I get what I want from that location? And these new faces I hope it's training and they're going to get it...
Read moreDefinitely a debate. 5 start for only one reason… Precious! She is phenomenal. That kind of person that transpires you smiles just because. Very dedicated and professional. I don’t know if she has another persona or whatever. But every time I go I wiiisshhhhh is her at the windows. My kids also look for her. Because other than her… one star! I ordered online once… I gave my name because it was my first time and the employee yelled “we don’t do names give me the number” I understand it was busy but it is a coffee shop at 7 am!!!! Don’t get an attitude because they line keeps backing up. The food isn’t as well prepared. I don’t think they put themselves in the customers shoes to make the food or prepare something edible and “okay”. Either too cold/minimal to barely spread…. You can’t messed up drinks… well they sometimes do 🤷🏼♀️ Thank goodness for Precious! Always smiling! She should run that place and teach her co workers some customer service! She deff deserves...
