Finally! An authentic taco spot on the east side—been waiting for this forever. I’ve been a few times now, and every visit has been just as good as the first.
So far, I’ve tried a bowl and the street tacos. The tacos could use a little more balance—way too heavy on the onions and no cilantro at all. With only a few toppings, skipping cilantro feels like a miss. Still, the flavors were solid and tasted authentically seasoned. The grilled chicken? Amazing—tender, flavorful, everything you want in a taco. The steak, though, was a letdown—pretty bland and not worth ordering again.
The drive-thru moves quicker than you’d expect, and the early hours are a huge win—they open at 6 a.m., which is basically taco heaven for me. Outdoor seating is a nice touch too, perfect for warm days. Overall, this place hits the spot, and I’m thrilled it’s...
Read moreThe website was easy to use to place an online order. The food was ready as promised, and the nice woman even brought the order out to my car.
We had an Ohio Burrito, which was amazing. The potatoes and cheese blended well together. The pork in the Adobada burrito was soft and flavorful. It needed a little kick, so we added queso to it and it took the flavor profile up quite a bit. The burritos were a decent size, although the food itself was a bit pricey.
The pork-loaded fries and chips and salsa were HUGE orders. The guacamole was a bit wet, but it tasted fresh.
We had a (watermelon) Sandia Mexican drink which was refreshing and thirst-quenching. We added a few squeezes of lime to that as well for extra flavor.
Overall, this place was great. Can't wait to go back and try...
Read moreI got the chorizo breakfast burrito, and it was absolutely incredible. Everything is well seasoned, and I think the portion sizes are excellent for the price point. They were having issues with their drive thru speaker today, but the cashier was super nice and they made the food fresh within 5-7 minutes.
Really the only issue I noticed is that their online ordering prices are wildly different from their in-person menu. For example, online the burrito I got was $14.77 but in-person it was $11.60.
Edit: The tortilla chips are some of the best I've ever had. The guacamole, ground beef tacos, and carne asada street tacos are lacking in flavor/topping options. I thought for sure they would supply salsa roja/verde like they had before, but that was sadly lacking...
