Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cleveland

C'mon guys We ordered a pepperoni lovers and ended up with a pizza with an extra cheese pizza with like 4 or 5 pepperoni pieces on the top. My husband took it back because, you know, no pepperoni, where they proceeded to dig out pepperoni from under the extra cheese. We didn't order extra cheese he hates extra cheese. They were like "see theres the pepperoni under the extra cheese" again no one ordered extra cheese. Unprofessional at it's finest. Never experienced anything like it when your waiting past half an hour. You don't get any courtesy of acknowledgment. Businesses such as this, is a prime example of a bad reflection due to the area! Not a good look !Customer service should be great no matter what location you are in , you aim to make the experience one to love and share! It's No Excuse ! Cold pizza delivered its undercooked at times Its a hit or miss ordering from this store you can wait 2 hours at 12:00 in the afternoon for a delivery when u call u get yelled at that i dont understand they have school delivery??? Ok... I didnt know..... But dont deliver me cold pizza...... And act like i know they had to do that...... :( anytime i order in the mornings for my husbands lunch. Its always cold as hell.....
