appalling They lost my family's business today along with any positive review I would've passed on. All because the male who worked the register. He was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, inappropriate, & aggressive. He got in my elderly mother's face about being gently questioned about being over charged by around $10 for the meal. She was steamrolled by his indecent & intimidating behavior, she had no choice but to pay the overpriced bill & she fled the restaurant quite upset. I confronted the man, not with anger, but with honesty & the expectation of him doing the right thing, as anyone should, but he refused. He got in my face, he was aggressive, he blamed me for their mistake, he blamed the poor server for the mistake, he yelled, he fought, he refused to do anything to make it right & fair, it was shocking & appalling. I was expecting him to get physical at any moment bc he was so out of line. A woman who worked there stepped in and made him agree to a fair solution, even though he initially refused her. I don't know what position this man holds in this restaurant, but I would get rid of him FAST if it were me. He obviously lacks the skills to be in that position. I will not be going back here & I suggest you don't either. It was their mistake & yet he was abusive to us and no one deserves that, especially poor defenseless old ladies. Absolutely appalling behavior! And their response to my review only proves that they are still not taking responsibility for THEIR mistake. A tea does not cost $10. When asked why it cost so much his reply was a short, rude "everything has gone up". He provided no explanation, only rudeness. Their was no itemized receipt. There was no apology or good effort to make it right by that rude man. If you want repeat customers, be nice, provide accurate prices on your menu, answer simple questions politely & honestly, train your employees instead of being mean to them & using them as scapegoats, don't yell or be a jerk to people, and try to be a decent human being. Good rice but small portions - 1/8/18 12-19-2018 I have to admit that I have not been to this place in a couple of months and I have always had a bit of trouble with the rudeness of some of the staff and with some of the dishes but overall I had enjoyed some of their dishes. The customer service varies depending on who u deal with but I do have a waitress that is very sweet, stay away from the owner! Lol. However, I must admit that there are some good dishes here such as their beef fried rice. I usually get curry or rice here. Today, I had decided to try their Pad Won Sen - glass noodles with egg mushroom bell peppers and green onions. This dish is usually s go to dish and one of my all time favorite thai dishes. I will absolutely be honest.... whe I first received it I thought perhaps it was a mistake as it look like vegetables.a.few stands of noodles When I mentioned it, the manager or owner lady was extremely rude... she first served the food with a very defensive look on her face and when asked if I could have it done with more noodles instead of all veggies.Nd almost mo noodle she shipped back "Look lady if you can eat all that I will serve u more" very disapointing sur ru the fact that I was hopping for a noodle dish not a full vegetable plate. Regarding the actual dish the noodles were overcooked and soggie and with an slightly burnt flavor. The dish it self is meant to be a noodle dish but all I got was a plate full of veggies with very little beef all over cooked and quite was the worst pad won...

First, I did call to try and resolve... They basically said "too bad".

No Utensils were given (although requested & we were in a hotel) The food, we actually received, was soggy/mushy, had NO flavor except salt & was UNedible because it had so much salt.

The ONLY exception was the Fresh Roll, those were good EXCEPT that the Peanut sauce had Coconut - that wasn't on the menu and my son is ALLERGIC to coconut!! LUCKILY I tried it first, or we would e been in the ER all night!! AND they were NOT made with Basil, but rather with cilantro or parsley... Not sure which, because I removed it & threw it out.

Didn't receive part of the order (garlic pepper); but was told it was sent, although it wasn't.

Sticky rice wasn't clear on the menu that it wasn't a dessert. So I got two sides (for me and my friend) instead of dessert, we received 2 regular orders of plain, white rice and they simply said "you ordered it, you didn't order Mango Sticky Rice"... I thought one was with mango, one was without...
