Genki Express Teriyaki & Sushi — Restaurant in Cleveland

In college I had a teriyaki bowl shop that was my go-to for a cheap quality meal. This is that shop. Chicken is dark meat but very well trimmed, good quantity. Sauce is nicely balanced, and I think it was their yum-yum sauce that they included is a perfect compliment. My only critique is I would love more veggies but I always want more veggies, but unlike most teriyaki shops, it’s not 90% cabbage; a nice mix of cabbage, carrots, and broccoli.
