The Owner is a crafty and horrible old woman. Not only she treats her customers with completely different attitud(she is fond of white other than her own race -- Asians). But also she yells and curses her poor employees very often, too. My 7 year old nephew likes bubble tea and he would beg me to bring him one whenever I am babysitting him. After over 20 cups of bubble tea I purchased, my nephew pulled out a piece "iron wire" from his mouth, bleeding. I was so worried his parents would accuse me so rushed to a clinic instead of his regular pidiatrician.
After I went back to argue with the owner, she denied about the Iron wire because I didn't find that out at her store. She accused me "put the iron in!" by myself of course.
Besides that, the price label was so confusing at the store. When I asked the owner to clarify the price of the buns so I can decide how many to buy, she started to yell and accuse me "not appreciate her hard-work". The owner always trick me with changes, too. Most people won't take a look at the changes. I did once and she cut back $1. Becuase I always order a bubble tea for my nephew and some deserts. She is always short on changes. My colleague found that out, too. The next few times, I noticed the owner itentionally gave me the wrong change.
My co-worker bought the "green tea bun" backery biscutt thing once, her feces turned out extremely green the next day. Very disgusting and terrible to happen on my co-worker.
I have an Asian friend's younger sister worked there in the summer of 2013. She told me not to eat anything besides the bread. ONLY the bread was made daily, the rest of them are NOT FRESH. The green tea biscut could be placed for over a month!!! The ingredients are all expired pretty much. The owner purchase them from a local business man with a discounted price.
I have a lot of Asian friends, none of them are crafty or dishonest like the owner. Her business won't last for too long. I distain the fact that she, born as an Asian, but loves other races more and hate her own kind.
the kitchen was filthy and gross. expired ingredients. Very bad service and tricking customers change by the owner.
Bad bakery. Other honest Asian, please open up another...
Read moreKOKO Bakery left quite an impression on me. From their delectable honeydew bubble tea to their mouthwatering miniature pies, KOKO Bakery truly stands out among the rest.
Let's start with their honeydew bubble tea. I am a self-proclaimed bubble tea lover, and I have tried countless varieties from different places. However, none of them compare to the honeydew bubble tea at KOKO Bakery. The refreshing taste of honeydew combined with the chewy tapioca pearls creates a unique and delightful experience for the taste buds. Even after moving out of the state of Ohio, I have yet to find anything that comes close to the perfection of KOKO Bakery's honeydew bubble tea. In fact, I loved it so much that during a recent trip back to Ohio, I made it a point to visit their store just to get my fix of this amazing beverage.
But KOKO Bakery doesn't stop at bubble tea. Their miniature pies are a must-try as well. These bite-sized delights are packed with flavor and are the perfect treat for those who enjoy a little something sweet after their meal. Whether it's the classic apple pie or the rich chocolate pie, each miniature pie is expertly crafted with a flaky crust and a delicious filling. I highly recommend trying the miniature pies at KOKO Bakery - they are simply superb.
The overall experience at KOKO Bakery is one of satisfaction and delight. The cozy atmosphere of the store coupled with the friendly and attentive staff create a welcoming environment that makes you feel right at home. The attention to detail in their food and beverages is evident and speaks volumes about the dedication and passion of the team behind KOKO Bakery.
In conclusion, KOKO Bakery is a hidden treasure that offers an unparalleled honeydew bubble tea experience and delightful miniature pies. Their commitment to quality and their ability to create unique and delicious treats are what sets them apart. If you find yourself in Ohio or happen to be passing through, I highly recommend paying a visit to KOKO Bakery. Trust me, you won't be...
Read moreBecareful every time make sure you add up the total amount of your bill. The lady owner is always cheating you by either giving you the wrong change or add some extra charge on your purchase without informing you earlier.
One time my bill is $4.00 and she did not return me $1.00 from my $5.00 bill. She told me she received four of $1.00 and it is an exact cash. Bad excuse, i asked her to go back and check at her vdo camera, she did not do it , she refused and pull $1.00 from TIP POT (supposed to belong to her employee) and return me $1.00.
This is only one story i encountered.
The second one is I took a bun from sign $1.10 along with $1.25 (hot dog) so total must be 2.35 correct? BUT unbelieveable she charged me $2.50, when i start explaning it supposed to be 2.35 why 2.50? then she said my first bun is 1.25 not 1.1, then i told her come with me and i showed her where i got the bun from. She did not accept that this is the bakery fault , she said based on my own knowledge i suppose to know that this one cost 1.25 not 1.1 even it was on the wrong shelting. What the problem here? i do not understand she keeps blaming at me and said it is my fault that i did not know the type of bun. I told her i do not want to buy it then just only HOT DOG then. You know then she said once you take the bun you cannot return , it is against the health department. What kind of this rule? anyone heard of it? i did not even touch the bun with hand, i used her tool to grap them and put them on tray. The worst thing is at the end she said YOU ARE NASTY CUSTOMER. DO NOT COME IN AGAIN.
I want to say here I wont support your business anymore and i will keep begging all my friends in cleveland parma and akron to not go to your bakery shop. BAD AND RUDE OWNER EVER.
Guys you dont need to believe my story but if one of your experience something like me please LIKE MY...
