Juicy Vegan — Restaurant in Cleveland

First and foremost, there is nothing more exciting and more desirable then entering an establishment and you are greeted with vibrant energy, joy and bright smiles after completing a 30 day fruits and only fast. I felt as if I was home or I was a close relative or best friend of the person servicing me. Malala’s upbeat and outgoing personality, menu knowledge, professionalism won me over. I named some menu items I was interested in indulging in and she made sure I made the right choices; Juicy Polish Boy and Peanut Butter Cup Dessert Lover Smoothie. I CAN’T BELIEVE MY POLISH BOY WAS NOT MEAT!!! Very Delicious and worth my investment after giving up meat almost five years ago. Juicy Vegan has done a fine job at placing Makala at the face of their establishment when it comes to customer service. Her service along has made be a valued costumer. Thank you Makala and Juicy Vegan for creating a home for healthy eats without the meats.

First time going to this place, I was kind of skeptical because of how typical the food menu selections are for a vegan place. Which includes mainly an array of vegan meat options for basic sandwiches. I opted for a rice bowl hold the meat substitute, just veggies. This being the first thing I had eaten for the day I dug right in and after a few bites I noticed this pungent taste and discovered the mushrooms were the source of this unpleasant taste. I’ve had bad mushrooms before and they are very unforgiving to the tastebuds as well as the stomach. So immediately stopped eating it. Shortly after I began to become sick to my stomach which resulted in me vomiting as well. The man took about 6 minutes to prepare my food and was pretty pleasant just wish this experience didn’t end with me being sick. I could even deal with the food being bland but sick?...

Called before I came. First time experience, got in Freewaya to get some vegan food from Juicey Vegan. Looked forward to the experience. The gentleman was kind as I placed my order and asked to please make sure my burger was cooked all the way thru. AFTER a very short 7 minutes my food was handed to ME. I was very hungry as I had not ate since morning and it was now 7:40 P.M. I paid $15 for a burger the size of a small burger with very little onion on it, a handful of fries tonof which both were not hot at all. I was truly disappointed and hungry. If I should patronize this business again I will explain this incident and ask to please be sure that my purchase is cooked all the way thru, and may my fries also be hot.
