Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Cleveland

It’s the service for me. I always go to this location since it was opened and the customer arrive has gotten bad. Especially at night. You do not abide by your hours that are posted on one and make your own rules up. The men that you have working at night are very rude, and need to learn how to speak to women and understand that I know and understand the culture differences. You need to change your hours online because it’s says 10:30 they you close. When I pull up to order at 9:30, your employees say it’s online only. You need to make changes to your site, there are no signs posted saying that you will stop taking drive thru orders at a certain time. Hence when a customer speaks up and say something, do not get an attitude because that person is right. It is false advertisement to have your hours posted to 10:30 for drive-thru and not accept any type of orders unless...

TERRIBLE! I dealt with Chris the manager and he has always been pleasant. But today Chris was not there, and now I understand the bad reviews. First off, the hours posted on Google are to close at 10. My fiance called at 9:30P and they stated they do not take orders over the phone but that he can come in person and that they close at 10P. He gets there at 9:42P and the doors are locked! And they sit there and stare at him and say nothing, so he drives through the drive-thru and no one answers to accept order. I called 5 times and a woman finally picks up and I told her that they were aware that he was coming and she played stupid, then proceeded to say the drive-thru IS in fact open, I asked her why didn't they say anything instead of staring at him and the stupid and confused act came upon her...

Drive thru a little small but manageable. Customer service was really good. My sandwich was excellent (chicken Philly no mushrooms), my fries were so-so. A few overcooked ones that were too hard to eat. The cheese sauce could use an update because it doesn't add anything to the fries. The fries have no taste and the cheese has no flavor. Maybe start using nacho cheese sauce instead of simply cheese sauce. The cheese needs some umph to it, in my opinion. All things need an update at some point and I've been eating Mr. Hero over 30 years now and I've always ordered the cheese sauce with the fries but it's time to let it go unless it...
