Had a great meal at Kantina that started with our super nice waiter, Ari. The vegetable soup was amazing. A delicious tomato base rich in flavor. You must, MUST try the chicken shnitzel appetizers. It was some of the best shnitzel I've ever had. Super fresh and super delicious. And go for the Saggi sauce for dipping. I was a skeptic, but it was so delicious I can't even tell you. Then we got the sliced terriyaki brisket with mashed potatoes and green beans. Again! Another hit. Honestly, I was a bit surprised myself that they hit three home runs with the soup, appetizer and main. The meat was delicious, the mashed potatoes even more so and the green beans were perfectly cooked. Not to limp, not to firm. Perfect. If you haven't tried Kantina, go for it. Kantina just catered my sons bar mitzvah and they did an unbelievable job. We worked with Seth and he made sure that our event was spectacular from start to finish. I let him know our budget and he respectfully and creatively stayed in the range that my family needed. Seth was so patient and took the time to listen and plan the event from start to finish. They catered Friday dinner and Saturday lunch. All the guests were raving about the delicious food, friendly servers and amazing event. I went with h a group of three. I ordered the Texas mile high burger. The other two orders were a sauteed mushroom salad and the half pound buffalo wings. When the food came in, the burger was good juicy and it tasted great . But the salad came with a tiny container that had barely any dressing versus the salad which was very big. And the wings? For 5 wings they want 8 dollars. This is kind of high. The wings are extremely small and they looked less than desirable. I'd pay thtlat much if the wings were good. The price does not justify the quality. I've seen other places that charge less and the quality is much better in the same area. Other than that the service is...
