4/21/24: slower than before. How's this possible. 15 minutes for 2 mcChickens. I know how it's possible. All the kids working there are worthless. Totally clueless on how to bag or do anything. One manager had to stop working the line and cooking meat to show some dummy something about clearing the screens and recalling orders. The other manager has to show someone how to bag stuff again. A door Dasher waited equal time for an order because anybody not in a manager shirt has any clue how to do their job. SMH. Anyone got problems with this place need to get your kids in line. Can't complain about something you created! It's your kids working here and they're completely worthless.

11/11/23 Everything is slow here and managed poorly. I know it only takes 37 seconds to cook sausage. When that's all I'm missing why's it take 10 minutes to get? You cook like 11 or 12 sausages at a time on them. Clamshell grills. Basically 24 sausage a minute. Could've cooked half the case already! How long does it take to make...

Felt so bad for the manager there. Long line for drive thru but went thru it anyways. When we got to the menu the lady said it would be a 10 minute wait on orders. I asked if i could still order being a smart ass and was told yes. I ordered 2 happy meals and 2 small shakes and we pulled around to see no cars ahead of us. Made fun of the fact it was crazy to wait 10 minutes but when i asked the lady if everyone quit or didn't show up for work she said yeah and she's the only one there. I felt so bad for her and apologized up and down ( felt like a jackass as i know she heard my mom and i making comments about the slow service). Thankfully someone was there to cook the food but she had to do everything else. I would seriously give this woman a raise for what she had to go thru! Lesson learned be nice, you never know what's going on on the other side. She even had customers inside that she was dealing with! I wish i got her name but i do know it was at night on the 3rd so great job...

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Spoken with 2 of their managers and both were incompetent at their job. After ordering on the app and them being out of the product they couldn’t refund me or even show me how to get a refund through the app. What kind of manager who was trained properly doesn’t know how to refund a customer ?! Clearly do not keep track of their inventory if I am able to order on the app and when I pull up to retrieve my order they are out of the product. This is the third time I ordered through the app and they didn’t have the product. Complete joke
