Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Cleveland

A good fast-food option in the Cleveland area. Popeyes is a popular fast-food chain known for its delicious fried chicken and Cajun-inspired flavors. There are over 2,600 locations across the United States with many located in Georgia. This is one of the many fast-food restaurants in the Cleveland area including BURGER King, Zaxbys, and McDonalds just to name a few visible from this location. It is located on the south side of W Kytle Street and on the east side of S Main Street. It is easy to get to and appears to be relatively new in appearance. Both the outside and inside were very clean. It is a stand-alone building with a seating area to the left as you enter, the drinks directly ahead, and the counter to the left. They have many good dishes but some of my favorites are their biscuits, tea, chicken sandwiches, rice, and beans. The staff was very nice. Friendly and professional. My food was prepared quickly and was their delicious "Louisiana-style." flavor that I enjoy. The prices were very reasonable. The food came out quickly and was excellent. I would recommend this to my fellow travelers craving a good meal at a reasonable price...

i regret to say this but this experience was one of epically traumatic portions. At any point in time i genuinely thought John Quinonez would pop out and say we were getting punked. My friends and I just wanted to enjoy a hangover meal and placed a mobile order with excitement. To start an employee nearly sideswiped my car. We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and decided that we would just go inside hoping to give the workers some grace. As soon as we pull around the people behind us in the drive thru we’re immediately served so we decided to give the drive thru one last chance. To which we were surprised to be asked to wait once more. The food was all cold and we had to throw away all FOUR of our drinks because they were hot and all watered down. Don’t worry burger king lovingly helped us with getting new drinks and even offered us crowns for our troubles. I genuinely have never had a worse experience in my life and hope that popeyes of cleveland fixes this issue for future customers but sadly my friends and i will not be back at this...

Went there several times they were a very incompetent staff. I worked food service, many many many years and several locations different types. A few weeks is understandable of getting orders wrong and forgetting bits and pieces but this is ridiculous. You go there one day and you get a spicy chicken sandwich that’ll get you drinking a half gallon of water you go there the next day and it has no taste my God what do they do go to idiots are us my advice to anybody just cook your food at home the only place in town that seems to do the service correct? Is Chick-fil-A if you’re wanting chicken as an added note here is the order ahead today one spicy chicken sandwich no spice plain supposed to be a half cut tea that is half sweet, half unsweet for those who are not from the year it was unsweet the only part of the order they got correct was the fries obviously the store is owned by somebody who does not know what they are doing or even need to be in food service. It is ran by staff who are equally as incompetent my advice. Just...
