Burger King — Restaurant in Cleveland

I went through the drive through and placed an order for my family. My middle boys will only eat their burgers plain, so I ordered 2 whopper with cheese meals plain. The lady taking my order asked my to repeat my order to which I did, it’s literally the easiest burger to make, you don’t have to do anything. I pay at the first window, and asked for my receipt, she tells me I will get it at the second window. I pull up and wait for my food, and I get my order and a receipt is taped to the bag, so I take my food and get home. I hand my kids their food and they have fully loaded whoppers, which they won’t eat.

So I call and tell the manager what happened, and tell her that I will bring all of the food back and want my order remade, she tells me due to the size of my order she can’t do that. My kids won’t eat what they have and it looks like dad is going to be stuck with a cold burger, so I load up drive back to the store to get the correct food and start heading back home. As I’m driving I think, maybe I should double check before I get home, and lo and behold, two fully loaded whopper, so I turn around and head right back to the store. Once I get there I once again tell them that I need two plain whoppers, and extra lain that it is just meat, cheese, and bread, nothing else. Not only was the wait unreasonably long for how few people were in line of in front of us, but we were cut off in the drive through while ordering and not able to finish our order. We were able to add it at the first window, however, upon reaching the second window, the worker handed us another order that was not ours. We were able to exchange that bag for one other bag that had one item that we had ordered. We ordered over 5 items. When we told this to the drive through worker, he or she was extremely rude. We were not given our full order until we asked three separate times, and not even then was it correct. Still didn't get a coke and I didn't order the sweet tea they ended up giving. We also asked for barbecue sauce and were given one single pack of barbecue sauce for all 3 items that required barbecue sauce. So we had to turn around and go inside to tell the worker that they are incompetent and to recieve our Bbq sauce. Ridiculous and I wish I could say it was the first time but it's not. At all. This location really sucks.

Every employee here deserves a raise. They get slammed and still manage to crank out orders in a timely fashion! We might be moving away, so I just wanted to let the employees know that my fiance (goofy guy with the glasses) and I really appreciate y'all. We don't have a lot of money, so burger King is my treat. I'm autistic, so I'm super picky about how I order my food and how it's prepared due to my sensory issues and although I know it was probably frustrating, the manager and the employees made sure my food was made correct. It doesn't happen often, which is one of the reasons we consistently ate here! No disappointment and the ONE time they got my sandwich wrong, they let us come back up the next day to pick up the correct order.
