When I first pulled up I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for the system to leave it after which I ordered six apple pies and was told I would have to wait an additional 8 minutes which turned out to be 30 minutes by the employees sat outside at the picnic table smoking what has happened to fast food industry I could have made six homemade apple pies in this time however the server was kind enough to give me a small banana shake free of charge not happy with the 30 plus minute waiting period but everything else made up for it

Maybe its because its the first of the month but this very small store was overrun with customers and we ( my father and I) waited far too long for a simple order of two sandwiches, drinks and fries. The employees were cordial for the most part and even compensated us with an extra order of fries for the long wait, but my order of a spicy chicken sandwich looked pretty pathetic, not exactly worth what I paid for. Wouldn't order from there again if I can help it.

This location is very old, as evident from the crumbling structure. While a staff member is entitled to spend her/his break time as she/he wishes, I think the person should be discreet about smoking weed around customers and other staff.

I ordered the number one well done with bacon with a vanilla and banana milkshake mix. So the car in front of us ended up getting my bag and they handed it back realized they had the wrong order. So I got to the window the bag was still sitting there, so I told the person that the window to remake my food because I did not want that order because it went into another person's vehicle and I'm not sure if they had touched the food or whatever but I didn't want it so I asked to have mines made fresh. The ladies being told me to just pull around to the next window and I did. So after pulling around to the window well before I pulled around to the window I heard her repeat the order to the sandwich maker to remake the order the Big Buford combo well done and they. So I got you the other window and I received my order and I was in a hurry so I end up pulling off. After leaving the premises I realize that the sandwich was made all wrong it didn't seem to be we're done there was no bacon no lettuce and they gave me onions and tomatoes with what I did want so that's why I rate no stars because...

WELL I MUST SAY TODAY RALLY'S REDEEMED THEMSELVES I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE CLOSED DROVE TO THE OTHER SIDE SEEN A CAR SO I WENT TO THE WALK IN EVEN THOUGH ON THEIR WEBSITE IT HAD THE $3.50 MEAL THEY WOULDN"T HONOR IT SO WHILE I LOOKED OVER THE MENU SOMEONE PULLED UP IN DRIVE THRU HE WAS NICE GE WANTED TO WAIT ON ME I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD TAKE CARE OF THEM BUT AFTER I DECIDED ON WHAT TO ORDER MORE VEHICLES CAME SO I HAD TO WAIT I WOULD'VE THOUGHT AFTER 2 OTHER ORDERS COME BK TO ME BUT I MUST SAY HE MADE BOTH MY SPECIAL ORDERED BURGERS CORRECT & FRESH FRIES THE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY PLESANT THE FEMALE MANAGER GAVE ME BK MY CCARD NOT ONCE OPENING HER MOUTH DAMN EVEN AFTER I SAID THANKS HUN DAMN THAT'S THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 4/5 .. . ...

My wait time was just 30 mins just for a burger and fries. Plus my order was all messed up.... no fries and I got a small fries with my medium combo. The manager (some dark skinned, nappy headed short lady) and her employees (a fat dark skinned lady and a really skinny brown skinned lady) ALL had really bad attitudes. There was a guy that had been waiting before me ... but he was waiting on a 5 wing combo smh. The drive thru window, when opened, smelled like weed. It was a horrible experience. I'll NEVER EVER return. The worst part is no one will ever do anything about it because it's in the hood. Smh. I don't recommend this...
