I am an almost daily customer of this location… Or was. One morning, I had gotten my items way before the car in front of me yet they weren’t moving. No biggie. Tried waving, but after a minute, the driver didn’t pull forward. I honked once very lightly and the truck pulled forward to the closest parking spot to wait for their items. The parking lot is tiny for this location. There is no space to just go around someone. As I’m driving past them, the driver flicked me off. My young children then ask me “mommy what is that girl doing?”. I rolled my window down and asked her why she was flickingmy kids off and I off. I told her I tried waving first before honking. She then starts cussing me out and her passenger joins in. The two in the backseat didn’t get involved or say anything to me. She said I am just an old woman, she’s only 16, and mentioned three times that her dad was a police officer while doing this. She was going absolutely off on me. I told her that cussing around small children like this was actually a misdemeanor crime in GA and at 16, she isn’t legally allowed to have a car full of other teenagers with her. I showed her my dash camera and told her everything was on camera. I then called the non-emergency number for the police department, explained what had just happened, told the officer I did not want the girl in trouble but that if she was to do this to the wrong person the outcome could be much differently. We are in a smaller area, but threatening someone with their kids like this could be taken the wrong way in a bigger city. I had to leave and couldn’t stay for when he arrived on scene to talk to her in person. I told him I didn’t want to fill out a formal statement, try to get her in trouble, or anything like that. But that I just wanted him to talk to her. The officer fully understood what I was saying. Twenty minutes later, I got a call back from the officer and the girl’s dad who turns out is an officer like she kept throwing up in the middle of her and her one passenger cussing me out and doing what they were doing. The officer I had spoken to on the phone had gone to the scene and spoke with her. The officers apologized up and down for the daughter’s actions and said he would he handling it at home. The police officers were so nice and professional. This is all relevant to a review because in the middle of it all, one of the scooters employees had come out and told me to leave. I told her I was just flicked off, cussed out, and threatened multiple times and I had not done any of this to the girl. The girl was the employee’s friend and the employee was cutting up with her while telling me to leave. A couple of weeks went by, and I happen to see what I thought was the manager in the drive thru. I went to ask him as I was handing him money if the girl still worked there because I hadn’t seen her since her friend and he instantly cut me off. He wouldn’t let me say another word. He said he was the owner, knew about that and it was a situation between her and I. I tried to tell him no, it wasn’t. He wouldn’t let me say more than 3 or 4 words without cutting me off and cutting me down. It put me in tears. He got pissy about 4 months ago when I used a digital Scooter’s BOGO coupon. He said it wasn’t supposed to be used for that store and I thought it was so weird how a manager was complaining and pissy about a customer using a digital coupon. It makes sense now if he’s the owner. I will never go back to this location. I’m amazed at how nice the employees are because the owner is words I will keep in my mind and not on a Google review. No, I’m not one of those “the customer is always right” people. Included photos to show I’m an actual customer, and not some random person leaving a review.

Coffee Shop No. 480 Scooter’s Coffee Cleveland, GA March 12, 2025 After spending the afternoon in Neels Gap, GA my husband and I were returning to Dahlonega, GA when along the road we saw a cheerful yellow smiley face holding a coffee cup; Scooter’s Coffee’s logo. My husband made a left turn into the drive-thru line before I even had the chance to ask. Scooter’s Coffee may have one of the friendliest to go cups I’ve ever sipped from; a cherry apple red cup and lid with a yellow happy face on it. I loved it! I ordered a cappuccino so I could have something warm and delicious to sip on for the rest of our drive. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

Amazing first experience at Scooter's! The employees were super friendly and it was quick even though I was 8th in line (which would take forever at another coffee place in town). I got the iced pumpkin caramelicious coffee, bacon & gouda omelet bites, and a pumpkin cheesecake bite. The food was fresh, delicious and my drink was perfect! Definitely my new favorite coffee shop in Cleveland!

I asked if they served MILKshakes or only frozen coffees. A guy jumped on the mic at this point after a female had taken order for first hot coffee. I was told yes we can out of any flavor. They just meant blended with ice but were deceptive.3 different employees said yes. I now have a 6 dollar frozen coffee no one wants. If I wanted a blended ice coffee I wouldn't ask if they had milkshakes. I would have been happy with it hot. Will not return. Will...
