Love this place! Go pack go!!!!

UPDATE: Two years ago I gave this place a five star rating. Today I am subtracting a star because I do not appreciate the customer service I received when placing an order. The gentleman asked me what time I would like to pick up my order, only to be told after giving him the time that it was "now or never." Then he proceeds to tell me that he may not even be able to take my order at all! Don't make me wait on hold and then give me an option to order if there was no option to begin with.

Here's the deal-

I know that Seven Seas has been a staple of West Park for longer than I have probably been alive. Just because the food is amazing and your establishment is a local landmark, that does not give you the right to be rude to customers. In a world where human interaction is being replaced by artificial intelligence, the one thing that I have always appreciated about Seven Seas is their friendly, personalized neighborhood service. I sincerely hope that they were just having a bad day. I will update this review on my next order...although now it may be awhile before that order...

Disgusting … went into this place today, ordered two dinners. The same man that put my order through went back to the kitchen to prepare my order. He didn’t wash his hands, nor did he put a pair of gloves on. I asked the woman that was working If he could at least put a pair of gloves on. The woman went back and asked the cook/cashier if he could do so,the cook/cashier said that they didn’t have any gloves. I quickly asked for a refund, the manager on duty, extremely rude, caucasian male, glasses, unshaven and a red shirt refused. He said they didn’t do anything wrong, and that once the food was fried, it would be fine. I didn’t argue with this clown. I left without any food.I am so glad I used a credit card, and not my debit. I quickly called my credit card company, told them about the situation, and they thankfully flagged the charge. Once it is out of pending mode, I will receive my refund. I will never return, and if you don’t wanna get sick, you will not stop in this disgusting...

I have been getting clams for my husband’s birthday every year from them on his birthday for years. Today I gave him a check to go pick them up because I have a broken leg and can’t drive. Obviously, the idiot woman who tried to process the check tried to tell him that it was no good. Highly unlikely, either their check reader is screwed up or the woman doesn’t know what she’s doing, but I am very very disappointed in the poor customer service they have in the hard time they gave him, especially on his birthday., and I guess we’ll have to find a new place to find and buy our clams for his birthday. That’s all he wants for his birthday not some stupid clambake that they try to...
