Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

I'm a part time uber eats driver, and this is literally the worst Subway on the west side of Cleveland. The 2 ladies who worked 06/05/23 after 8pm were so rude. They were so concerned with other people that were rude to them earlier in the day that they didn't even bother to acknowledge me while I stood there waiting for 5 minutes. Then, when customers came in, I told them I wasn't in line TO ORDER. I stepped to the side, and after more time passed and the lady decided to finally acknowledge someone, it was the people who came in after me. I said I wasn't trying to be rude, but nobody acknowledged me. She rudely and in a matter of fact tone said that I had said I wasn't in line. If I wanted to go somewhere and be treated like I wasn't there, I would go to a forest. Both of the ladies on shift tonight obviously hate their job, so if it was up to me, I'd let them go. Seek your peace.

This is the first review I have ever done.. and I have to do it because when I went in to this Subway to get a sandwich for my son that just came out of the hospital and needed to get him something healthy. First off the chicken looked pitiful. And I had to stand there and look at the vegetables for a few minutes while they helped other people which okay? But as I stood there waiting, I looked at the vegetables, and they were so wilted, and looked God, awful, maybe weeks old no exaggeration this place needs to be closed down and be cleaned and inspect it before anybody could ever even order a sandwich or rap or anything for that matter from this place. I haven't been here in a while but the place has been upgraded. Looks nice. I ordered a steak & cheese which was pretty good. My only issue was when I first got there there was a sign on door about shift change and they will be back in 10 minutes so I sat in my car but then I saw another car pull up and people went inside so I then went inside after them. When my turn came I asked bout the sign on door and I was told they never got a chance to make the change so I told her I had been sitting in my car because of the sign. They should not put sign on door till they are definitely making shift change. I still do not know why they would have to close down for 10 minutes to make a shift change. That could turn...
