Just want to start with the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and on the days I am willing to get a fast food drive thru breakfast I stop at Burger King but not just for Burger King delicious ice coffee also known as a mocha joe - it wasn't for the food - it was because I was treated so nicely and professionally by Tammy who was just an amazing and friendly employee - day after day when I chose to stop at this particular burger king she always remember that I would need a drink carrier and always made sure they had my zesty sauce I never once had a problem.. that is until.. Omgad started greeting me at the drive thru window... I've never had a problem until then. This manager from hell - Omgad literally has made every trip to this Burger King unpleasant - I will order food and not get it in my drive thru bag when I leave in a hurry and I don't have time to come back that second so I will call and talk to a manager and they will take my name down so I will be able to come at a later time and get the food I was never given that I paid for - Omgad has refused to give me food that I have paid for even though I have called and talked to other managers he refused to refund me my money or give me the food that was missing and just to NOTE that anything I was missing was never worth more than 2.00$ total it was always just a random order of 10pc chicken nuggets or a 1.00 burger but Omgad would not give me my food that I did not get even with a receipt and a prior call into burger king to tell someone I never got my specific menu items that I ordered AND PAID FOR!!! Omgad has also refused to let me purchase food on multiple occasions claiming that my money was counterfeit even though I got my money from a check I cashed at CHASE bank!!! Read moreMark it down. The Burger King on Memphis Ave in Old Brooklyn is the absolute worst. We went through the drive through because the dining room was " temporarily " closed. We waited so long at the ordering station we wondered if anyone was there. When she finally acknowledged us you knew she had an attitude. My spidey senses said go ! But my friend , who's from Mexico , seemed right at home with the rude service . We were catching up , so I wasn't paying attention to the prices but he got the double whopper meal with cheese and I got the BK bacon burger. The total cost was $19. 61. When we got to the window for our meals. Ms. Attitude was there. My friend was driving, otherwise at this point I would have made some compassionate conversation with her, like asking if everything was ok , and did she get stuck alone because workers called off, but my friend was mute. We received our goods and split . When we got back to my house, we paid nearly $20. for a regular cheeseburger and a whopper sized double cheeseburger with nothing but the meat, cheese and bun. We should have looked first I know. I also know better not to go back to that dump. Like I said the attitude of the receptionist was a red flag , as well as the overflowing trash cans. Read moreTHANK YOU for the top quality service! I am a secondary math teacher at Facing History New Tech High School. My students excelled in the first quarter and I wanted to reward them with lunch. Unfortunately, the only time I could have served the lunch was at 10:20 am since I had a planning period before that which allows me enough time to pick up the lunch from the restaurant. I spent a couple of days calling restaurants to ask if they can accommodate making lunch for my students early in the day. Most of the restaurants declined the request since they don’t start the lunch menu until around 11 am. However, when I called Burger King, the staff were extremely helpful and kind! The employee asked the manager and the manager called another manager. Within minutes, the staff agreed to accommodate my request and start the lunch early for my students the next week. On Wednesday, 11/10/2021, I went to pick up the lunch for my students from Burger King at 10 am. The lunch was hot and ready on time in sealed bags along with condiments in a separate bag. I greatly appreciate the staff’s cooperation and punctuality and I am looking forward to ordering food again for my students from Burger King at the end of the second quarter!
