Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cleveland

Placed an Mobile order to pick up at drive thru, when I got to the speaker to check in they stated that it wasn't coming up and to come inside and show them my order receipt. Cashier called the manager on duty who saw my conformation email and the ap showing that I had to still needed to check in. She attempted to change to pick up inside after few minutes she walked away and started making food when I asked the cashier what's happening she stated that she was making my food. I sat and waited with my son after 20 minutes still no food. I again asked the cashier what's going on,it's been a while she asked the same manager about my food and the manager told her if it did not come up then it could not be made the manager never came up to inform me this or apologize. I told them they should have told me this to start with instead of making me wait and waste my time. Manager did not even attempt to resolve the issue. I cancel my order thru the ap immediately. If she would have told me in the beginning that it could not be made I could have canceled it then and re-order my food. I will not visit this location again!

I was told that they had improved. That they had new management, so I decided to give them another shot. Yeah wasted time. I order spicy potato taco but replaced the Chipotle sauce with spicy ranch so I paid an extra .45 for it. Each of my tacos they barely but any sauce n some of my tacos only had 2 potatoes. I tried calling to complain and NO ONE answered the phone it...

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT.. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IN FOOD DELIVERY APPS

I ordered from doordash. I had two separate drivers apparently take my order while I'm sitting here watching to see why drivers are changing but no one is moving on the app. After I messaged the 3rd driver to have him let me know why drivers are changing, he told me the store was canceling my order. Now I have credit I can not use because doordash doesn't have options to pick a different taco bell location. But Ubet Eats does. So now I am out extra money until I decide to order from door dash. Which will probably be a lost cause. Why would I order from anywhere if they easily take my order and make my account look like it's scamming the restaurant. I was able to reorder with uber eats get my order almost an hour later from a different store. This is more of a public service announcement to beware of using food delivery apps and this location. I am without a vehicle and I have no problems with the specific location when I can get it myself. So much for trying to treat my family. Never again.

Hopefully some kind if investigation is being done to these drivers who...

Them: Hi, welcome to Taco Bell, how're you doin'? Me: Doing well, how are you? Them: Eh, OK, thanks for asking. What can I get for you? Me: Well, sorry to hear that. Lemme see, I'll get a spicy potato taco for $1 off the menu on the bottom left. Them: Alright, anything else? Me: What would you recommend that one order off the $1 menu for the most bang for their buck? Them: I'm sorry sir, but I only work here, I don't eat here. Me: Oh, ok, well, umm... Them: I'd say go with the mini beef quesadilla. Me: Ok, thanks, I'll do that. And a cup of water. Them: OK, first window.
