👀 My l♡VE & I had a hankering 4 something different & local we then decended upon Tapatias which we gotta say was the BOMB 💣. COM !! Although our order was To~Go we walked in 2 A) look at menu place order check out the place 4 numerous reasons but most of all cleanliness & how we're greated - spoken 2 as well as knowledgeable on menu favs & suggestions which I may add the gentlemen who greeted us took our order i had inquired about 3 diff things he was on it not 2 mention he made sure 2 let us know that im the donning area there was a little buffet style/lazy-susan of condiments pico de gallo, s.cream, mild, lil-hot, hot(caliente) salsa shredd lettuce, etc this was 4 one very clean not 2 mention all in a chilled individual compartments well stocked as well as plexi-glass that covers/refrains from people & their germs did I mention that even tho we were getting take out if we wanted any XTRAS of anything we could help ourselves & it was FREE !! Most Deff a nice surprise considering everything everywhere is always extra extra extra ...... Being that this was our 1st time trying out Tapatias Taqueria which we only got 1 dinn it was the combo fajita dinner platter plenty of food & prices not bad It Was Mucho Grande(big-alot) food for 2 adults 2 share. We gave (🌟 ⭐🌟⭐🌟) Cinco Stars from start to finish we were very pleased, satisfied & Most Definitely ya know we're coming back we'll have NP letting our Friends & Familia Know this as well !

Mucho Gracias 🇲🇽

Very disappointed. I traveled 1hr and 45mins to come and try this place out and we got treated horribly. I'm guessing because we where a latino family and they probably thought we wouldn't tip good. Thing is you would see morenos o gringos go in and they would be attended right away. We waited about 35 mins to be asked our drinks. Finally got asked for our food order about a hr after arriving. Never got chips and salsa or utensils. My husband had to grab some spoons himself. The waitress ignored us half the time to attend to others who came in after at the bar. With that I still left her a generous tip so she can learn that you shouldn't judge people by their appearance or race. I work hard to make good money and I usually tip anywhere from $20-$50 I left her $15. I feel that the meal although was good it wasn't worth spending my money on due to the horrible service. We got there around 7:30 and didn't leave till about 9:45 because of the waitress lacking and leaving us till she remembered but was on top of everyone else that was there. If money was the issue then let me tell you that I had enough money to buy everyone's dinner and drinks that was in that restaurant last night. Hopefully no one else gets treated this way and a lesson is learned. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone...

There was a women with long hair and glasses and she had an attitude about everything she also took forever to get to our table took so long I had to ask a gentleman at another table if they came to our tables to order or if we had to go up and order. Ther le is a difference in being short staffed and someone not wanting to do their job. There was another lady who was shorter and didn't wear glasses and she was nice and did what she could and was happy to answer any questions we had. The salsa was ok I mean not to bad the food I had fajitas and it was ok the meet was a little tough and the tortillas were not good they tasted like flour tortillas. When we got our check it was 130$ for 3 adults and 3 children with no appetizer or dessert. I think that is over priced and they charge their tip ok I get that some people don't like to leave tip but if you already charging it and you don't do your job the way you are supose to then I don't think they should have put that. I would have gladly gave the other lady the tip but the first one no way. Summing all of this up I will never go back and would not recommend anyone to waist...

There really wasn't any plan to do anything for Cinco de Mayo. But after getting off work early, and a growing appetite, my girlfriend and I found time to check out this taqueria. It was on a growing list of places I am looking to try in Cleveland, so I was excited! It's a smaller place, but also roomy. Inside is well lit, and the bar area was kept very clean and tidy. There weren't any tables when we walked in, but we found a few spots at the bar. We had a fun time with Paul and Jose, and Julie took good care of us. We had heard the tacos rival La Plaza, and I am going to have to agree. The Lengua was super tender, and the Chorizo was spicy with a nice crust from the flattop. There is a condiment bar for the tacos, with all your standard garnish and some delicious hot sauces/salsas. Topped off with a Pina Colada Margarita, it was a most excellent experience! This is a wonderful place, owned by a husband/wife team the have worked hard to get this place up and running. These are the places that deserve our patronage. Locally owned venues that provide great service and product. Take the time to give them a try, it is totally worth it!

Of course I came to try the tacos lol and they did not disappoint!!! They have all the fixings for you to put on your tacos and what not.....Great street tacos on the west side of Cleveland! Now I dint gotta drive all the way to Akron for some good tacos lol. I loveeee there Tripa tacos!!! Authentic!! There's not to many ppl who know how to cook it right, but they are they best I've tried thus far at a Mexican restaurant!!! My margaritas was great to i cant forget that! All in all a nice little Mexican spot. So glad i gave them try. I high recommended for the taco enthusiasts like me!

Very small place that you can easily miss but keep an eye out for it because the food was amazing and very authentic. The prices are very reasonable & our server was an absolute sweetheart. I had a veggie sope and a chimichanga with a mango margarita. The margarita didn’t skip on the alcohol at all. The chimichanga was the best one I’ve ever had. I didn’t care for the sope but I didn’t realize it was like an arepa which I’m not a fan of so my fault for choosing the wrong item. Both my son & husbands burritos were about the size of their arms. 100% give this place a try.
