Found out about this place and was beyond excited to try it. Went on a date night here and was absolutely disappointed.
When you walk in, the place is adorable and cozy. All of the decorations and little details makes for such a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the aesthetics couldn’t save what was a bad evening.
We ordered our food and took a seat. Messy burger, beef shawarma, and a strawberry boba to share. We were given a little pager to let us know when it was done. We sat at the booth for 50 minutes before the first meal came out, the beef shawarma. I don’t mind a wait for food, but almost a hour is ridiculous. I’m not sure if they were understaffed that night. But I have worked in a kitchen before, and keeping a customer waiting that long would never be okay. The fries were ice cold and overcooked. I was able to ask one of the girls working the counter if they had a microwave. I didn’t want to waste the food, I just wanted it to be hot. She made it seem like I was lying, as she claimed to have just pulled them from the fryer. She did offer a new plate of fries as a courtesy.
When she returned with the new fries, we were then asked if we were waiting on anything else. Like the rest of our order was forgotten. I let her know about what was missing. The burger came out about 5 minutes later. Both drinks were served AFTER the meals came out. My date’s burger was good, but it wasn’t a smash burger. The new fries were hot but incredibly over-seasoned. The flavor of the shawarma was good but didn’t care for it being sliced into little pinwheel slices. The strawberry boba was delicious. Probably the highlight of the night.
Also want to mention the place could be cleaner. There were old fries on the floor and the table we sat at was still covered in crumbs from the last customer. I really wanna give this place the benefit of the doubt here. I think they have potential. But they really need to hire additional people to keep waits not be a hour long (we were also not the only people kept waiting that long. A takeout order in front of us got incredibly frustrated to wait that long and was afraid their food would be cold). Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll come back, even if I was interested in trying other things off the menu. My advice, if you’re willing to take a chance and spend a little extra money, sure, give this place a try. But I’m wishing I just stayed in...

We visited Tutti Frutti Mix after seeing a viral food video from a popular foodie I follow online. The presentation in the video looked amazing—colorful treats, a fun atmosphere, and something seemingly perfect for a family outing. Sadly, what we experienced in person was the exact opposite.
Let me start by saying this: it’s not just overhyped—it’s outright unsanitary and disappointing.
The place was noticeably dirty from the moment we walked in. Tables weren’t wiped down, the floor was sticky, and the entire space felt neglected. The so-called “famous chocolate fountain” that is the main feature in so many social posts? Turned off. No signage, no explanation, and zero effort to make up for it.
Worse yet, basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. Employees were not wearing gloves, and one of the workers was handling money at the register, then immediately scooping ice cream with the same unwashed hands—literally touching the end of the spoons that go into your mouth. That alone was enough to make me question everything.
But it didn’t stop there—we actually found a hair in our food. That was the final straw. Not only was the food prep careless and unsanitary, but when we pointed it out, there was no apology or concern from the staff. Just an uncomfortable shrug and a blank stare.
The drink selection? Don’t be fooled. What they offer are just overpriced canned sodas you could buy at a corner store or vending machine for a fraction of the price. There’s absolutely no value in what they’re charging.
We spent over $100 for a family of four and left with a bad taste in our mouths—literally and figuratively. Nothing about the experience was worth the cost. The food was subpar, the service inattentive, and the cleanliness appalling.
Save your money and your stomach. This is a place that banks on social media hype but fails in every category that actually matters: quality, cleanliness, service, and value. We won’t be back—and I strongly recommend others think twice before wasting their time...
Read moreI was really excited to try this place after seeing it on TikTok from SnipingForDom. He did a great job showcasing the food and desserts, and the customer service in his video seemed amazing. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to that.
I ordered the Messy Smashed Meal and the Pistachio Crepe. In the TikTok, they looked incredible, but what I received was underwhelming. My crepe came out first, and it was missing the pistachio pieces and the nice presentation I had seen in the video. It looked thrown together, and the topping tasted more like cinnamon roll icing than anything pistachio-flavored. Since I had never had a crepe before, I can’t compare it to others, but this one was disappointing.
When my burger finally arrived, it also didn’t match what was advertised. I get that food is often dressed up for social media, but the taste was the real issue. All I could taste was the processed, “fake” cheese, which overpowered everything else. The fries were similar to fair fries but completely unsalted and soggy, making me suspect my food had been sitting out for a while.
The biggest letdown, though, was the customer service. The same employee who was seen in the TikTok being energetic and friendly was the one who took my order—but in person, they were rude and completely disinterested. To make things worse, they kept pouring their bottled drink into a cup and sipping it while taking my order, which felt unprofessional.
The wait time was also frustrating. I was told 30 minutes, but it took over an hour, and my friend and I didn’t even get our food at the same time, so we couldn’t eat together. I understand they were busy, so I can’t be too upset about the delay, but the service could have been way better.
With all that said, I can’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back like I originally planned. I had been excited to try more desserts, but after this experience, I just can’t. Thanks for the effort, but it missed the...
