Public House — Restaurant in Cleveland

Order two corn beef sandwiches one was a Ruben fir carry out yesterday evening. The Ruben was made just right. I asked the person taking my order so the sandwiches both come hot just to make sure and he stated yes. I also requested and Im sure I did Swiss cheese on the regular corn beef and mustard and for it to be hot. I received a luke warm sandwich no cheese, mustard packets (mustard that looked old/expired) and bread that wasn’t toasted. Uuhhh I could of made this one myself for $9.99 and trust and believe it wouldn’t been way better. So to the dude taking orders over the phone around 7:30pm be confident in what your employer sells and really let customer know how you make the sandwiches because I could of saved $9.99 on a sandwich and yea just a sandwich. #not ordering a corn beef...

Waitress sucked big time. The food was good, though. Got two tacos and of course she forgot the sour cream and my husband got the city chicken and she decided that my husband didn't really want broccoli, but instead corn. When she came back with waters, he asked her are you out of broccoli and she said no. He said I wanted broccoli, so right as we are requesting boxes, she brings us the broccoli. City chicken was cooked just like our moms use to make very good and the tacos were very good as well. Matter of fact the tacos were not from a box, seemed as though they were actually made there. Very good and crunchy but not hard crunchy where it sometimes tears up the roof of your mouth. All in all good experience, but again waitress...

I ordered the french dip which is my all time fav meal to order in a diner/pub and I was surprised to receive grocery store deli counter style roast beef. Needless to say I was disappointed in the flavor and tough stringy texture of the beef and unfortunately I can't recommend the french dip sandwich from public house. But I will give them one more chance to vindicate themselves considering the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and even though I wasn't impressed with my order they do have a big menu with good food selections at reasonable prices and the meals I saw being delivered to other people looked and smelled really good so I think that deserves a...
