Furio's Deli & Catering — Restaurant in Clifton Heights

Furio's Deli & Cafe located in Springfield, Pa (20 mins away from philly) dropped the ball on this one! (our lunch order) and we will never order from there again.

We usually order a good amount of food when we do order and they're usually okay, but today was just a hot mess and the owner there treated us very poorly!

Our food was 1hr & half late and was told (when we called) that the order was "just sitting there". We called again to offer to pick up the food and was told that we were "holding him back" from doing his job and cut us short and hung up on us.

Upon receiving the order 130mins later - We couldn't believe what happened next-

My Grilled Chk wrap had spoiled/ tainted chk -Another Chk wrap had spoiled/ tainted chk -Our Shrimp salad wrap didn't come -The charged us for beverages that didn't come

We called and told them about the mistakes and the owner said, "I cooked it myself and we were calling too much".

At the end of the day, things are not perfect and that's cool - but to be treated horribly after doing so much business is just plain wrong.

Lost...

We had my daughter's graduation party and used Furio's Deli to cater. The food and service were outstanding. Not only did they travel an hour to my home in Northern Chester county, but who would have expected a cold day at the end of June and downpours all day. The party was outside and between the down pour and the wind we weren't sure how it would turn out. Steve was awesome and went above and beyond what we expected. He was drenched and had to be freezing but kept a smile on his face and made sure all of our guests had plenty to eat and were satisfied. Our guests raved about the food and we will definitely use Furio's Deli again. We recommend them to anyone in need of a GREAT caterer. Thank you Furio's...

I wish I could rate 10 stars! Yesterday was the 4th time I have used Furio’s catering over the years. This place does NOT disappoint. The food was amazing and everyone loved it. The pricing is reasonable and the Mac and cheese is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Paper products and plastic forks and knives were included as were the napkins and serving utensils. My only complaint…..the stereos were only 2.5 hours. I asked for extras but was told no by the delivery people. I would have paid extra for them. In the past they gave me extras so I didn’t think to buy any. Had to run out and buy more during my party, and I’m glad I did or all that great food would have been cold! Not a deal breaker, as the food...
