Very disappointed. Should had known better to not even pull into the parking lot when the sign in front of the place says cook wanted. It should have also stated good waitress help wanted. I can't blame her for the bland food and the amount of time it took to get it to our table but the rest I can. First of all learn the order to bring out the food. First appetizers, then soup or salad, and then the main meal. She got the first two wrong. No biggie. Order a drink that took 15 minutes to get. It would have taken longer but I finally spoke up and asked if we were going to get the drink. That's her fault. It took an hour from the time we placed the order to the time we got it and it was only two meals. Not once did she come to the table and update us about it. When she finally brings the food she gives us the others food. Again no biggie but if you are a good waitress you should be able to get the order right. Finally it's time for the check. She goes to me would you like me to bring you change? That is a classless move. So I said yes knowing exactly she was going to give me a twenty back and think i was going to leave that as her tip. When she comes back with the twenty it's not in the guest check card holder that she originally brought me that had the receipt in. She hands it to me and then says oh you want two tens? I again said yes. She says do you want ones or fives? I said no the tens are fine. What does she bring? A ten, a five, and five ones. So then her tip was the five and five ones. I don't feel bad at all. I hope she reads this and hopefully learns something. If she doesn't learn anything here I will spell it out. Don't try to lead your customers into what to leave as a tip. It makes you look bad. Let them decide for themselves on how well your...
Read moreI had a taste for margarita, but my usual bartender was unavailable. My wife and I decided to find somewhere else to go. Earlier in the Day, I met the owner of this establishment, who was holding a garage sale in the parking lot of this restaurant. I bought a few things from the garage sale, and asked about the tiki bar. so in this event, we decided to return later that evening for margaritas. The atmosphere seemed as though people were enjoying themselves, but right away it seemed as though it wasn't a place welcoming to diversity. We decided to push forward, sitting at the bar ordering our first round$14. Which was terrible, i caution anyone ordering a frozen well margarita from here. The bartender appeared to have alot on his hands, and could not provide adequate service to every guest including ourselves. Being that the first round was a waste of money. I decided to try another, this time with a shot of better tequila$16, and on the rocks instead. This drink was much more stiff to which I immediately regret purchasing the 1st round. After we cashed out and got ready to go. I contemplated getting another drink for the road. But i overhear the bartender complaining about his job, and tips, to everyone at the bar, this quickly turned me off. but may have been a ploy to ensure the guest leaves him big tips. I just decided to leave at that point, and decided to find another bar. Overall, since we didn't eat I can't speak for the resturant experience. But unless you are a middle aged+ caucasian, or a local, with extra money laying around to waste. This may not be your new hangout spot. However if give it a C+...
Read moreFor all 100 plus people family and friends that came and supported Dolores Vernacchio Marconi for this wonderful cause I send my sincere thank you's. She raised a whopping 150 dollars for her time n effort yes that's right not a misprint 150 dollars for brining 100 plus people out for hours n hours of drinking eating and enjoying your Saturday night out. Well the highlight of the night was a breast cancer basket (that her sister donated which was beautiful by the way) brought 300 dollars in so the night was not a total loss, Dolores and I are so embarrassed to even post this but just putting it out there that if you are looking to do a fund raiser for anything DO NOT choose Romarcos as a place to do it. I myself will never step foot in that place again if you choose to that's fine that is just how Dolores and I feel. If you do choose to go there please DO NOT invite me or Dolores Again thank you so much for your support of my wife and this cause! I am guessing most of your donations and receipts...
