Read moreThe service was not very nice. I went in the buy a Mangonada and a elote en vaso. There was a family that came in and I could tell it was their first time ordering from here because they were asking questions about what food they recommended. The lady that was working there was very dry towards them. The family asked the workers what my elote en vaso was and all the lady said was “corn” when in reality there is way more ingredients. They asked the workers what my Mangonada was and all she said was “mango ice cream”. They had to continually ask what else was in it and she looked bothered that they asked. If there are new customers that are exploring a new cultural food, I would expect a business to have more respect towards them and speak to them nicely and explain their menu. It’s sad to see that these employees are a representation of my culture to other customers. Please train your employees to have better customer service skills.
We didn't have a good experience with the service. My boyfriend and I arrived at 9:20 (stressing that there was still half an hour until the place closed). When we walked in, the girl serving was openly annoyed with our arrival. I understand that she might have been tired because I've also worked at a Michoacana, but if the place is still open, it's the employees' responsibility to serve the customers properly. The water and other items were delicious, but it does take a lot of points away from the place if the employees have a poor service. It's important to take into account the opinions of the customers who, from what I see, have already complained about the poor service in previous comments, and this can totally affect your point of sale, losing customers, as...
