Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Clifton

I have to say I am appalled by how a customer was treated in thos establishment!! Never in my life have I seen a management member take it upon themselves to scream at two young children and a mother while other customers were in the store! Young children can be unruly. I totally understand that having children of my own. The mother was trying her best to calm her children down. The manager flew off the handle and screamed at them to settle down and continued to yell at them. A more professional approach should have been taken!! All the manager accomplished was making the problem worse and showing the public how Little Caesars hires unprofessional people with horrible customer service skills. Under no circumstances would I allow a stranger to scream at my children for any reason nor in a business establishment!! That poor momma left crying, embarrassed and I'm sure feeling like...
