Burger King — Restaurant in Clifton

Well , the trip to any burger king is somewhat good, but today I will detail a burger king at Clifton, I heard from several friends that the melt burgers were ok but if you are used to the other burgers they taste just the same at prices higher than other burgers. Well here it goes, I tried the shrooms burger, with lots of mushrooms and nice Swiss cheese, fries and a coke. The burger was kinda the same as a double whopper jr. With a different cheese at a higher price, the fries.were kinda stale.Maybe they were left on the fries tray for awhile, the shrooms sandwich did not impress me at all, like I said order a double whopper jr and you will get the satisfaction you get when you eat something good, with fries it makes a good another thing is that the shrooms meal, you get charge by the the extras like tomato, lettuce, pickles by the way they charge from 30 40 cents pet item , if your fries taste stale either talk to the manager or ask to get a freshly cooked fries. The manager. makes it right. Well my friends I will not recommend the melts but I will recommend the double whopper jr, it's less expensive, it taste great at a lower price, if you get very hungry that you can eat a horse get the ultimate sandwich The Wooper, you can get a single or double or the monster of them all a Triple Whooper ! ok my friends follow my advice or try it yourself, this way you can make your own comments, that will advise others before they make their selection, just remember advertising can tell you a good story about anything, but the one it counts is your own options. So tonight I went to Burger King and we had two separate orders. We got home, looked at our food and it was wrong. The first order was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger with just pickles. As you can tell from the pictures that I have included. The wrapper shows that it was a bacon cheeseburger with pickles. We open it up and it’s a double cheeseburger with pickles. Then I look at my original chicken sandwich, which is supposed to be an original chicken sandwich had pickles. I open it up and it was a plain original chicken sandwich with pickles.. So I proceeded to call the management of this Burger King explain to her what happened And she informed me that she would replace the meal if I drove back across town and brought the food back. My partner and I work at 4 AM and we’re not willing to drive back Across town so they can fix my order. It was at this time the manager found it in her glorious wisdom to hang up on me Instead of offering another option of making it right. Needless to say, I think this will be the last time That I will be visiting your store. I will also be calling again in the morning To explain to the morning manager how I was treated And that this is unacceptable customer service, considering I work in the...

Tonight, Sunday, we went to Burger King in Clifton, CO. We ordered at 5:09pm and waited 40 minutes for our food in the dining room. People were coming in and getting their food but we were patient and waited. Finally, we went up to the cashier to find out the problem. The young black man started complaining about how busy they were and he was doing his best so if we thought we could do better then we should just come back and do it. He was very disrespectful and rude. A young woman came and got our receipt. Another young man, a manager, came to talk with us and said how busy they were with big orders and our order was small so we would just need to wait. Well, after all the disrespect, we just asked for a refund and left. We will never go back there again.
