Best cake I have tested in a very long time! So I was shopping around with my grandmother for a cake, for her 70th birthday. Was basing my trip on online reviews, however, was recommended to give this bakery a shot by a local resident, which originally was not on my list. Out of all the bakeries, we traveled to, this one was the only one that actually gave my grandmother a tasting of some of the different kinds of cake they had, needless to say did not even charge us for it. Most bakeries only had one kind, and others I had to pay for the slice to even taste them. The baker was more than accommodating and friendly to us, especially to my grandmother. Long story short, we came back a few days later and placed the order with them. My grandmother ended up falling in love with their vanilla cake that had strawberry shortcake filling, which included real strawberries inside, and whip cream frosting. Their price were very fair compared to most of the other bakeries we checked out and the quality was definitely there. Highly recommended using this bakery to anyone! And by the way, they do speak Spanish. Edit : 02DEC2021 Carlos did it again!! We ordered a Tiramisu cake the day before not really knowing what to expect. And needless to say, the cake was a hit with everyone! It was neither too sweet or bitter, and the presentation was awesome. Thank you once again Carlos!!!

Well I went inside this bakery yesterday it look nice but thoses benches chairs and the long table should be remove because that's not a bar place where you sit around and this bakery should be own by the family generation of the Columbia people not be own by the Mexicans people this bakery has a Columbia flag on the front this bakery should be own by the columbias family generation and there's this Mexican girl she thinks she is all that but she shouldn't work there, this Columbia bakery is own by them so this barkey should be own by the columbias and the columbias people should buy this barkey and the lady manager should retired and also the guy mike should retired because we need better columbias workers that could speak better English and Spanish and we need less workers to make cake and design them as well and the Atmosphere we need the shelves to be clean and the floor should be mop and clean and the Mexican people shouldn't own this barkey this barkey should be brought by the columbias people and there family generation only and it will be beautiful because they have columbias food on one side and columbias coffee on the other but we need better columbias mangers and this barkey need a big change by the columbias people and it should be call the Columbia Family Barkey and remove the old sign and make the windows more better.

We were extremely disappointed in this bakery. We spent $60($33 for a birthday cake, $10 for a pecan ring, and $1.50 for each bagel and donut). When my mother got home with the purchase, she realized there were walnuts on the pecan ring. We called the store to ask for them to either deliver a pecan ring, which she ordered and was charged for/reads pecan ring on the receipt, or give us a store credit. The owner demanded/yelled that we either drive all the way back with the ring or keep the ring until we return someday in the future. He refused to give a credit. Like I am really going to hold onto a rotting cake and bring it back there. In addition, the Boston Creme and jelly donuts had MAYBE one teaspoon of filling. My husband was a regular at this bakery for coffee most morning but not anymore.

Edit: So far we have ordered over 6 cakes for events from this place within last 3 years. First couple times cakes were good which is why we returned to this place for our next event. Last three times we ordered from this bakery we realized that they don't do filling very well. Cake would be very blend and just lots of sponge without much filling. Last time before placing order we talked to the owner and told him our concern and asked him to make sure that there is enough filling in the cake and not just sponge like last few times. However when we got our cake there was hardly any filling. No pistachio filling and cake just tasted very blend again with lots of sponge. We would not go back to this bakery and would not recommend. Also they have 3.5% charge for credit card use. I understand that for small purchases you charge but when you are buying something over $200 to have a credit card fee is little excessive.

Ordered two cakes for an engagement and a baby shower from them. Both cakes turned out awesome. Many guests complimented on the cake. Would definitely do business...
