Stopped to grab a mocha. 2 cars in drive thru. Went inside because want to see menu better and is my preference. 4 ladies waiting on their order and no one at the ordering line. About a minute after stepping up to counter a young lady tells me "we will be with you in a second" So far so good! 5 or 6 minutes later the young ladies working there have only waited on drive thru. The 4 ladies waiting on their order are still waiting. I am still at the counter and no one is even asking what I want. Finally I punt and leave. NOTHING served on the inside. I am not sure why they even had the inside open if not going to take care of the walk ins. When leaving I see a new car ordering and that is it for drive thru. If you own this place I would recommend you visit Biggby in Chelsea. A much better ran store with employees who care and get you in and out even when much busier than Clinton was today. I presented it at the Clinton Biggby and they said, "That coupon is good at participating stores, but we don't participate." Since today was my birthday, I asked if they had complimentary birthday beverages. The associate said that they did. Then she retracted and said they couldn't give me a free beverage even with ID because my Biggby card wasn't registered. But the website said I had to bring my card into store the first time (which I did today) before it can be registered online. So I left there with no coffee. I then went to Starbucks who not only gave me a complimentary birthday cold brew, they gave me a size larger than I requested (the largest available) and handwrote "Happy Birthday" on the cup. Read moreThere is a cashier named Martha at this Biggby that has repeatedly charged me two dollars more than what my order actually cost. I order from this place almost every day and consistently. She has charged me more money than what my order was for. On my past five orders, she has charged me an $1.60. The last time I was in, I asked her for a receipt she gave me a receipt, and I noticed a discrepancy and asked why I was being charged for extra money. She said “ Huh that’s weird I’ll check with management and get back to you.“ bottom line is you should ask for your receipt when you are frequenting this business, because certain cashiers have the preponderance to overcharge and act like there’s nothing wrong.
